Weird and disconnected service

Weird and disconnected service. Regus Shanghai team doesn't give you a reply for cancellation, auto-renewal without permission. Called and rang their team, replied only on wechat, creditors even informed that no fapiao was issued ever. (a vat proof of payment for china to companies)
