DO NOT ENGAGE IN REGUS in any country! Check their negative reviews by other users!
DO NOT ENGAGE IN REGUS in any country!
Their terms and conditions ripped you..
I stopped using them and changed another cheaper provider and informing them 30 days before I changed, but they keep coming back with letter reminders to pay despite I wrote to them numerous times that I stopped using their virtual address, but they said as per the terms and conditions, fees are to be paid till end of contract regardless use or not..
They are not customer friendly and DO NOT USE THEM .. there are better options out there!

Following my honest reviews on Trustpilot about Regus, I also did emailed their customer service about their unfair agreement terms which violates the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC) and also Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).
According to Section 4 of the CPFTA, terms that impose unreasonable obligations on a consumer, such as being required to pay for services no longer used, are prohibited. Regus is exactly forcing me to pay for services that I no longer use.
Apparently they had bad reviews from many platforms about their professionalism.
We as consumer should act together to stop the nonsense and the bullying of these scammed firms.
BOYCOTT REGUS! BOYCOTT REGUS! BOYCOTT REGUS!

Ongoing Serious Concerns – Delaying Tactics, Excuses, and Unfulfilled Refund Commitment
This is a follow-up regarding the unauthorized charge of SGD 18,880.98 made to my personal credit card by Regus Singapore (Asia Square Tower 1) on 17 March 2025. To date, despite multiple escalations, no refund has been received, even though our company had already paid the rent through the correct invoicing channels.
Since March, the handling of this matter has been deeply concerning. We have faced a consistent pattern of evasive behaviour—including repeated delays, vague reassurances, and the continual resetting of the so-called refund process. We have been told on numerous occasions that “the refund will be processed in the next pay run,” yet not a single timeline has been honoured. As of 11 July 2025, nearly four months have passed with no resolution.
The ongoing lack of accountability and transparency casts serious doubt on Regus Singapore’s internal controls, financial governance, and professional ethics. This incident has caused undue financial harm to me personally and eroded all trust in Regus’s operational integrity.
Accordingly, I have filed a formal police report with the Singapore Police Force and submitted a consumer complaint to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE)
I strongly urge other businesses to exercise extreme caution when engaging with Regus Singapore. Based on my experience, they pose a significant compliance, financial, and reputational risk.

They tried to keep charging me for 3…
They tried to keep charging me for months & months after I had already cancelled and left and sent me emails and spammed me tons & tons of payment notices. Their customer service is non-existent, non-responsive.
* Following the above review, Regus contacted me. For the longest time, Regus did not make any attempts to resolve my dispute but because of this bad review on TrustPilot, they finally took the time to address it. They contacted me by email and offered to half my supposed debt with them as a show of "good will" if I would take down my bad review.
However, let me clarify that I have nothing outstanding with Regus as I had sent in notification more than 1 month BEFORE renewal to notify them that I would NOT be renewing service becos during the previous 6 months I was with them (which I dutifully paid every single one of those 6 months, even after they had initially sneaked in extra charges on my bill and stopped only after I questioned them about it), I had only used their service ONCE. I collected mail ONCE from their office – that was the extent of my use of their service. After realising that I did not need their services at all and that it was a waste of money, not to mention a hassle, cos you had to scrutinize the monthly bill to make sure they didn't try to sneak in anything extra, I decided not to renew and that was communicated to Regus in an email, abt 5 weeks before the renewal. Note that standard industry practice is 30 days for renewals so I thought everything was in order.
To my surprise, Regus then informed me their termination policy was 3 MONTHS. As mentioned, standard industry practice is 1 month with similar service providers. When I first signed up and asked the customer service rep about termination, there was no pointing out of these highly unusual terms. Instead I was given the re-assuring “just let us know when you want to terminate” so I had signed thinking they operated like every other company. How does “just let us know when you want to terminate” translate to their 3 months requirement? Many of us are busy business operators and take it that service providers adhere to industry standard practices and when there are any uncommon terms, they will point it out ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ASK THEM, which I did. If Regus was not implementing common industry practices, the least they could do was to inform us when we asked. The way this organisation operates is not in line with industry best practices and their representatives are misleading. To then lock me in for another 6 more months when it was very clear I had no use for their services strikes me as predatory and unethical, especially when they were informed already 5 weeks ago BEFORE renewal that I did not need their services. At this point when I disputed their charges, they simply ignored me. Basically their customer service was non-responsive and did not try to work out anything or bother with me at all.
Instead they just kept hassling me month after month with spam emails, sometimes hundreds at one go, messing up my incoming mail. I think anyone can agree this constitutes very unethical business practices. At a later point, they started sending me debt collection teams & legal notices.
It is incredible how dishonest Regus is, first, sneaking in extra charges (which stopped when I pointed that out), second, trying to charge me for another 6 months of services which I did not order nor use and third, threatening legal action against me & also spamming my mailbox. Regus is seriously the WORST company I have ever encountered in the business office space. I seriously regret having anything to do with such an unethical, aggressive company. They have predatory billing policies designed to harm their customers. They aggressively locked me in for not 1, 2 or even 3 months BUT another FULL 6 MONTHS, when I did not use their services during that entire time AND they already knew I was not going to use them since I informed them 5 weeks prior.
I have read their online reviews from hundreds of companies here and on numerous other sites (just google them) complaining about how Regus uses the legal arm to bully their customers & their very underhanded, dishonest, predatory billing systems. Instead of treating their customers fairly and honestly they would rather spend money to hire a huge legal team to bully their customers.
I notice that Regus is trying to do damage control by inviting lots of recent clients to review them here. I suppose they are trying now to behave better to counter the numerous horrible reviews here that stretch for months back. I dont think they've started damage control on tons of other sites so they normally have a 1 star rating everywhere else.
Instead of the huge effort for damage control, isn't it easier to just get rid of their predatory policies, and be ethical & decent?

Abysmal Customer Service
I have been a Regus Office user for the last 11 years in Singapore and I must say their customer service has gone down to abysmal levels....they seem to have lost touch with reality of what customer srvice should be like. Non responsive, arrogant and no personal touch whatsoever. Mails and calls can go unresponded to, all the time..one has to follow up multiple times to get a basic response, this in particular at the office at Asia Square, has some pretty poor customer orientation - if I had my way - I'd exit the office immediately ! Will not recommned to use this office for sure

It is so unfortunate that firstly they haven't refunded the deposit for the past 6 months. and more so frustrating is there is no way to communicate with the team. I do not have an option but keep writing a review here, only then the reply to mail. And every time they without resolving the problem, they close the query ticket, so ONE cannot even reply to their generic customer service either. I haven't seen worse than this type of service provider.
REQUEST EVERYONE STAY AWAY DOING ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH REGUS.

Withholding my retainer. 90 days late now! Been chasing them up 6 times now. Emails taking 2 weeks to respond to. When they are 90 days OUTSIDE of their SLA. Worst experience ever

2.5 MONTHS and still NO DEPOSIT back. SCUMBAGS.
2.5 MONTHS and still NO DEPOSIT back.
My company was a customer of Regus 18 Robertson Rd SINGAPORE until 31 Dec 2024. We had a normal relationship, and we gave good notice of our termination, with effect from 31 December 2023. We were surprised to find that the deposit could take UP TO 30 Days to be returned. We applied for it exactly as required and in good time.
Yet, after many reminders and no plausible excuses - we have NOT RECEIVED THE DEPOSIT BACK - it is now 12 March 2024.
Due to the circumstances (where we have done everything by the book, and they have never come with a single sensible excuse) our conclusion is that either:
• they are unethical scumbags, or
• they are doing a ‘WeWork’ (i.e. going bankrupt).
Our strong recommendation: Don’t go near Regus Singapore. Extraordinarily frustrating and too financially risky.

Retainer Deposit Never Returned
Update: Retainer Received 14 November 2023
Lease expired 31 August 2023 at Signature by Regus Asia Square Tower 1 in Singapore. Retainer was requested prior to departure. Almost 2.5 months later, still have not received it. Despite dozens of emails and interactions with Regus Account Helpdesk, customer service, center staff, country manager, not one person could explain why I haven't received it nor if/when I would receive it. The company and its representatives have lied on multiple occasions suggesting the "retainer was processed" and in "nearest payment run". This has been repeated on the record via email weekly since 23 September yet nothing is ever received on my end. When I ask for an explanation, it is the same deflection/deception and black hole of uncertainty.
As you will notice, Regus will respond here with the same canned, copy & paste reply and then do precisely nothing. If anyone is interested in discussing their problems with Regus, please reach out to me. I don't wish for anyone to go through such an awful experience.
