Bad experience for contract renewal with center

Firstly, center staff provided false promises that the air conditioning issues of our room were resolved after a major overhaul, misleading us into renewing the contract. Secondly, center staff was unwilling to include their promises in the terms and conditions of the renewal agreement, even when we requested it, and only offered oral commitments. Now before the renewal agreement started, the air conditioning broke down again. So that we asked for transfer us out of the current room to another room we like with fair rental payment according to the published rate. But the center don't agreed for this request, or terminate our renewal agreement before it start either. This unfortunate experience has caused us significant inconvenience and consumed a considerable amount of our time!!!

eToken and voucher cannot be utilised

Its been 2 months over and yet etoken is not successfully set up.

And also, i was denied of my SGD 1000 voucher claim due to different email i have used to sign up in the contract. But i am stil using the email (not the one i have used to signed in the contract) to communicate with the staff. This is definitely disappointed. Marketing team came up with vouchers to attract prospective tenants but..... management failed / rejected to give... This image of such a reputable organization shouldn't have happened

I’m sorry for your dissatisfaction and would like to help.
I have immediately coordinated with your centre team regarding your concerns. They have confirmed that your e-tokens or fobs were activated on the first day of your agreement, and you can access your office without any restriction.
As you are already aware, you claimed the voucher under a different email address, and you used another email address when you signed the agreement. Since the voucher is not transferrable, we are sorry we are unable to proceed with the redemption.
