Deceptive business practices at the Bluffton/Savannah location. I was double-charged for a one-hour stay. When I called to resolve it, I spoke with the sales member out of the Bluffton/Savannah area, who was dismissive and condescending throughout the call and mainly defended the error rather than addressing it.
Communication with this team is poor, and this experience has made me reconsider ever renting monthly with them. If you're comfortable being overcharged and then talked down to when you try to fix it, this is the place for you.
