The Facilities were good, the staff was very helpful and serving. My problem i was quoted $19 an hour for usage of a room. and then I was charged $23 for it.
Sales tax are not that much there was no identification of why the extra $4 on my bill. So for that I give you 4 stars should have given 3stars. Talked to the staff about it and said she would look into it and still have not heard or gotten an email. explanation for the $23 charge.
This is a fantastic location. It's accessible, clean and parking is wonderful. But the real bonus here in Sioux Falls, is the center staff. They are amazing! They make my office look and run more professionally, and they are always ready to help if I need it.
