Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Would recommend avoiding at all costs. 3 months after the end of my agreement, they are still "processing" the return of my retainer deposit. They have confirmed that it is due back to me, but are persistently delaying the refund, claiming "system errors"
