Suite 843 has very weak internet

Suite 843 has very weak internet. I need to leave my room to access internet. although I put a particular day in the question below it is all the time.

I apologise if you haven’t received the level of service that you’d expect from Regus.
We know that your IT setup is key to your business, and we will ensure any technical issues are fixed as a matter of urgency have already escalated this to your centre team who have clarified that the internet connection becomes unstable when you use it via WI-FI. They have raised this matter to our IT team for a quick resolution; meanwhile, you have been advised to use the internet via LAN cable at your office space.
