Everytime I come to pick up my mail or…

Everytime I come to pick up my mail or have a billing question Kacee and Toni are always friendly their energy is amazing always helpful. I remember one time I came in to get mail and Toni was at another center Kacee was not there, there was another lady there I believe she said her name was Sandy, she was very rude not welcoming, she didn’t greet me when I got off the elevator like Kacee and Toni. Thank you Toni and Kacee for yall you do.
