Not at all transparent with their contracts. Very unhappy with the way they are deceiving businesses to get office spaces with them, at seemingly lower prices but in actuality, they are charging a lot more due to all the additional fees hidden in their contracts.

I sincerely apologise if there was some confusion but please let me clarify this for you.
You had an office agreement which hadn’t yet ended before you then decided to sign for a Virtual Office, against your centres best advice. As a result, you were billed for both for 1 month.
Transparency is fundamental to us and we always ensure that any concerns have been clarified before an agreement is signed. If you have concerns about certain fees, you can discuss them with your centre team and also review your agreement, invoices, check and amend your services at any time using your online account by logging on to myregus.com.
