I had used Regus services for 6 years now, in two locations, and most of the time the service has been at good level.

Hi Ana, I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
We immediately checked your concern and found that you have never been ‘double charged’. You have been billed correctly every month according to your agreement.
A member of our team has contacted you for further information, but they have not received a response from you. Please respond to them for further assistance.
Thank you,

Hi Jackie,
I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The details of all the billable charges are explained in our agreement and we charge our customers according to it.
Your comments on us charging you again instead of refunding the overpayment is confusing.
Since you’ve posted anonymously, I’m unable to contact and help you in this matter. Please email me at lorraine.brule@regus.com with your company name and/or account reference so I can quickly assist.
Kind regards,

Arrogant, greedy, disreputable

Facility was nice but expensive at over $10 per foot per month. Center management was excellent and tenant-centric. Regus policies are pathetically bad ... charges for land lines when only using a cell phone. Exit fees - I placed 12 pin-sized holes to hang professional certificate, diplomas and some art. It cost $459 to "repair" which is simply price-gouging since they have the tenant captive. I notified them on 3/4/2023 that I would vacate on 4/30/2023 and requested my retainer balance at that time. It is now 5/31/2023 and no return of the retainer. You can Zelle money to people immediately or ACH in one day.. Regus is disreputable but in my case is the only game in town.

Response to their reply below: I have the detailed invoice showing what Regus billed for and it includes Internet and a Land line, which was not used. The details are the mechanism for developing the "all-in" invoice, Regus does not just pull a number out of the sky. Further, why would a tenant have to deal with a "phone technician" if you did not already have the landline connection available. The detailed invoice clearly reflects that. And she completely misses the point about restoration ... it would have taken less than $25 to spackle and paint the 12 holes. The person who replied must be the most job-secure person at Regus, spending all her days monitoring the bad reviews instead of working toward a better tenant experience.

Hi Greg, I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
At Regus we work hard to ensure our services offer exceptional value to our customers and to provide many different options to meet every requirement and budget.
We did not charge you for telecom or internet services separately however it is included in your monthly fee as an all-in charge which you agreed on before signing the agreement.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians.
When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use.
We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly and have taken measures to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers.
The retainer refund process will take approximately 30 days from the end date of the agreement and it’s an automated process. We apologise for the delay caused.
We are pleased to confirm that your refund has been processed as per the details we have shared with you via email.
If I can assist you with anything else, please contact me directly at lorraine.brule@regus.com.
We appreciate your business.
Best,
Lorraine Brule
