Under Staffed
We made and paid for a meeting room reservation at Grapevine Vineyard, Grapevine, TX beginning at 8:30 AM on November 4, 2024. Unfortunately, no one was on duty to open up the room allowing us to set up. Almost a two-hour delay when a substitute receptionist arrived.
We are small nonprofit, Mothers Abandoned or Widowed, with appointments set up for interested donors. We lost the opportunity to meet with two of them and was never able to reschedule so we lost the donations.
