A highly professional atmosphere with neat and well-maintained offices in an excellent location. All necessary facilities are available, complemented by a very cooperative and welcoming front desk staff.
"I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk worker at Regus. During an important deposition, my colleague and I noticed that noise from the front desk was being picked up by the court reporter and videographer in the room. When we politely asked if the volume could be lowered, the worker was initially uncooperative. It was only after explaining the significance of the meeting that she reluctantly put on headphones. Additionally, she failed to acknowledge my initial requests, only addressing me respectfully once she realized I was the one who had booked the room, not my colleague. The experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of professionalism we expected.

I’m sorry you had this experience.
Your concerns about the meeting room you used have been raised with the relevant team and we’re looking at what can be done to improve the soundproofing of this room.
When you checked in, you were offered an alternate room within the center but due to your specific requirements you were unable to accept the other option.
Please understand that our centre teams need to perform essential duties such as taking calls and greeting visitors; they did what they could to keep noise levels to a minimum and we can only apologise if your meeting suffered any disruption.
A city manager has contacted you directly to discuss your concerns and will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
