i don-not recommend anyone to deal with…

i don-not recommend anyone to deal with them unless you want to hire your own lawyer and chase them to get your deposits back when you end the service , i have not received my deposit which i have paid when i have started the service, i should have got it after 30-40 days after i end my contact but now it is more than two and half months and the email thread is never end, they are asking me to start the process and fill some forms over and over and every time they confirm you will receive your money and nothing happened. [update after i got the below reply : i have not paid on time because they put extra deposits and i was trying to understand why ]

Your account was temporarily restricted as we had not received payments. As a result, you were unable to request your retainer refund online (myregus.com > select Account > Billing and payments > Deposit / Retainer balances, where a specific section for refund request is available).
We are already in contact with you and processing it manually now that you’ve settled your balance.
