As others have noted. I was charged after canceling my contract. I have sent seven emails over the course of a month. They initially confirmed cancellation and then kept using my credit card to fraudulently charge me. The customer service is atrocious. Currently speaking with management after all attempts to clear this up have failed. They owe me in excess of $600. UPDATE: They charged me an additional $350 on May 24th even though they said everything was cancelled April 18th. I have not received the refunds promised. They charged my card a half dozen times in a one month period! Do not do business with this company.

Hi Ciara,
I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
You ordered a business address and invoices were generated and linked to the card you put on file based on the agreement you signed. Your claim that this was fraudulent are incorrect and inflammatory. We have resolved the situation and you have already been given the timeframes of the refunds.
A member of my team has already been in touch to confirm the details with you again.
Kind regards,
