Regus is NOT legally compliant to accept mail!
Regus is NOT legally compliant and wasted my time. I signed up at their Hampton, VA location for a virtual office, only to discover later the address they provided is inconsistently listed, making it a security risk for vendors. Even worse—they NEVER requested the legally required USPS Form 1583 to authorize mail handling. That alone makes their entire service illegal and puts clients at risk. After paying two months in advance, I was sent extra invoices, and their staff refused to return calls. I am now demanding a full refund and reporting Regus to the BBB, Virginia Attorney General, and the U.S. Postal Inspector. Avoid at all costs—they are careless, deceptive, and not worth the risk to your business.
In response to the crooks at Regus. One of vendors deemed your address as a security risk! Which makes your product useless to me! Your company failed to alert me there was an issue with your address even though it was brought to the corporate office attention. Meaning I signed that contract under false pretenses! There should have been a disclaimer attached to that address. period. None of your fancy lawyers can draw up a contract to cover that! This infraction was discovered within the first weeks after signing up. You have broken your own contract!
5/9/2025 Since you have been refunded my money I am happy about that. And I have informed my bank. And this admittance of your wrong doing ends my contract that was signed under false pretenses!
