Do not use Regus
Do not use Regus! Their billing and contracts is a nightmare and if you are looking at the Virginia Beach office, the kitchen is completely unsanitary.
The contract requires 90 days notice for cancellations. I talked to the front desk about the need to change my contract over 90 days before the renewal (around 100). I told them before renewal that I needed to switch to month-to-month, knowing I was moving about 6 months into the new contract...again, this is 3 months before the new contract started. I also offered to cancel all together or move offices if someone else wanted mine between the renewal and cancellation (had a nice corner window). I was very willing to work with them as needed.
Heard nothing back. Asked again. They assured me they'd help. Fast forward to the 90 day point. I got the "your contract has renewed" email. I immediately responded that day (exactly 90 days before) and reminded them about the change needed. Nothing. Crickets.
We've now been fighting with them for over 9 months to change the contract or let us out of it. They will not and are demanding payment for the full year.

We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by your agreement renewal, billing concerns and the condition of the kitchen previously reported.
Following a review with the City Manager at the centre, we confirmed that the kitchen concern related to an issue reported in early 2025. The kitchen has since been renovated and brought up to the required standard.
Regarding your agreement, the request to end or change the term was received after the agreement had renewed. The renewal and termination requirements, including the required notice period and online termination process, are set out in the signed agreement. Your termination request has now been processed, and the agreement is confirmed to end on 31 January 2027. Unfortunately, we are unable to bring this date forward.
