**Review of IWG/Regus Group**

**Review of IWG/Regus Group**

I regret to share my experiences with IWG, specifically Regus.com, which I have found to be a deeply disappointing and frustrating partnership. I entered into a two-year contract to rent an office space at the Bellevue Technology Center in Bellevue, Washington. However, shortly after signing the contract, my circumstances changed, and I no longer needed the space. Consequently, I never moved in or utilized the office.

Despite my attempts to communicate with the office manager and the Regus team multiple times to terminate the contract, I received little to no assistance. They assured me they would get back to me, but ultimately, I found myself obligated to pay for the entire two-year period.

During the time I was trying to resolve this issue, I faced a personal emergency that required me to return to my home country to care for my 90-year-old mother. Upon my return to the U.S., I was shocked to discover that they had enforced the contract and began charging my credit card without my consent.

It became evident that they were fully aware of my intention to exit the contract well before the term ended. The office manager had previously assured me that once I settled my payment, I would be automatically relieved from the contract. However, they proceeded to extend my contract for an additional three years without my consent or knowledge.

In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering a partnership with IWG or Regus to proceed with caution. They seem primarily focused on financial gain, and I personally will never engage with this company again. I highly recommend others to be wary of similar experiences.

Hello,
We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment, and we recognise the difficult personal circumstances you have shared. We truly appreciate how sensitive this situation is.
At Regus we take renewals very seriously and take great care in communicating how the process works. It’s our goal to make this an efficient and simple process for our customers.
Prior to any renewal, customers receive courtesy reminder emails. According to our records, you received these on 10 October 2025 and 24 October 2025. These emails provided several options on price, term and the possibility to end the agreement, if required. You also received a written confirmation once your agreement was renewed on 2 November 2025. Then, if any aspect of the agreement wasn’t to your satisfaction, we were able to offer additional options should we hear from you within a few business days following the renewal. Please understand that we need to receive advanced warning should you wish to end an agreement with us, and it cannot be before the end of your agreement term.
Our communications were sent to the email address we have on file. We invite you to check your online account (i.e., myregus.com) and ensure your information is up to date.
We are always available to answer any of your queries, which you can raise through the Help section of your online account. There, we also invite you to ask any questions to our AI bot ‘Aurora’.
One of my team members has emailed you to further assist but you’ve not responded. If you wish to receive our support towards a resolution, please contact me when you’re ready at lorraine.brule@regus.com.
Best,
Lorraine Brule
