Don't use then

Please, please don't ever use them. You will have issues like never before. You will experience fees up even if they are against you agreement, you can't reach her superviser or any other superviser. She will not help you and she is not there for you. They don't care about customers and still they own me my retainer that they are not paying back to me, and there is no explanation from them why and when will be returned. If you go with them you will have to argue and be alerted when it comes to managment and how they manage this place. They are doing what ever they want. If you care about your business and money please look somewhere else this place is not good for you

Hi Nermin,
I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
I have checked your account and can confirm that there was no increase in monthly fees; they remained unchanged from the agreed figure throughout the entire term.
Retainer refunds are processed 30 days after the termination of a customer’s agreement. Your agreement ended 29 February so the refund should have been processed by 31 March but has been delayed due to the Easter holidays.
We understand how important your return of retainer is and our standard timeline has not been met on this occasion. For this, we deeply apologise.
I have asked a member of my team to get in touch to answer any questions you may have and make sure the retainer refund is processed without further delay.
Kind regards,
Michelle Spire
