undisclosed fees, awful customer service among other issues.

undisclosed fees, late fees on on time payments, denying access to service animals and more.

We sent you your transaction confirmations from August 2023 to January 2025. Payments made EVERY month before the start of the month (In other words, we always pay BEFORE the last day of the month before the upcoming rental period-EVERY TIME we sent you receipts). There is NO due date listed anywhere on the agreement specifying a due date other than the month. Would you prefer I publicly post every receipt and every email and photographic proof of every transaction?

We did have other accounts at the Bellevue Location which we, in accordance with your Terms and Conditions, vacated when you stopped providing the services you advertised. You sent notice 9/19/23 that effective 9/25/23 you would no longer provide the promised reception services. We moved out at September 30, 23. We also revoked your authorization (in writing) to autocharge our cards--you have continually done so.

Our review here is regarding the Tacoma Center--which we are paid in full and still use.

Regus has restricted our access to the center due to late fees on our payments that were made on time. We revoked Regus' authorization to auto charge our card in writing in 2023 yet they have attempted to charge my card over 100 times despite lacking the authorization to do so.

We pay every month before the 1st. There is no due date in the agreement. There is no due date in the terms and conditions that are on the actual agreement. The section under the header terms and Conditions is a paragraph that just says you agree to not join a class action and that you agree to things that are attached "where available" yet they don't actually attach anything.
There is no due date in the house rules. Neither the additional terms and conditions nor the House Rules are provided when you sign the agreement, they are only referenced but not disclosed on the agreement you sign.

There is also reference to a Service Guide which is also never provided when you sign the agreement. In some cases the hyperlinked house rules link to documents that did not exist on or before the date the agreement is "signed." In other cases, the agreement sent for auto renewal does not include all the terms and fees that are then sent in the confirmation of the autorenewal copy of the agreement.

Regus helpdesk has refused to help in any way. We sent copies of all of our payments showing that we paid before the start of the month in accordance with the agreement. The Manager doesn't know when the due dates are. Somewhere in the middle of a rental term they added due dates from "due upon receipt" to the 14th then the 18th but they don't charge your card until the 22nd. Basically, Regus is failing to charge my card on the made up due date (the 14th) and attempting to charge in on the 22nd (despite having acknowledged receiving my written revocation of authorization to charge my card in Sept 2023). Then they are charging a late fee that is not specified in the agreement. For over a decade Regus has applied the credit card payments on the date the payment is made but in an attempt to charge further unconscionable late fees, they have sporadically waited to apply a payment made before the end of the month to several days after the start and then charged further late fees. In May, they decided to apply the payment on several days later. Every payment before and after were applied the very same day.

Hi Jacqueline,
I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this again.
All fees, including late payment fees, are outlined in your signed agreement so your comments are confusing.
Due dates are on each of the invoices raised, no later than the 15th day of each month.
If you consistently pay on the 1st of the month, as you state in this complaint, the due date would have passed by nearly 2 weeks on every occasion. You have been told this many times but continue to make payments after their due dates.
If a payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late payment fee to you.
Although you claim to make payments every month, this is not correct. The last payment we received was in August 2023, so your account is now severely in arrears and has been restricted.
We greatly value your business and want to maintain a positive working relationship with you. However, the current payment situation needs to be resolved.
A member of my team has contacted you and will provide information regarding closing your account in good standing.
Kind regards,
Michelle Spire

After 10 years as a customer no call back...

I was a customer for 10+ years. Regus changed their credit card processing center and only notified customers in the Regus online portal. Unfortunately signed on before they had a portal and had never joined their portal. I noted they had stopped charging my card and called to see what the issue was and then provided my card again. What they failed to mention was they were also going to charge me late fees as well even though it was their changing of the processor that caused the problem. I left messages with local management as well as corporate management but nobody returned my calls. I am now with a new virtual office. Do not use these guys!! Lots of better solutions with people who care about your business.

Hi Steven,
I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
Our customer online account (myregus.com) has been available for over 10 years, and all customers, regardless of their start date, have access to it. Notifications in the online account are also sent by email to the address we have on file. To ensure the highest level of security for our customers, we periodically update our payment systems and while we strive to communicate these updates effectively, I apologise if this was not clear in your case.
Invoices outlining your balance were sent monthly to the email address on file, along with confirmation emails for previous successful payments. Despite these notices, payments were not received for over 10 months. Our invoices are payable no later than on the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you.
I can confirm that our Account Helpdesk responded to your queries at the time across multiple cases, and a member of my team has reached out to assist with any further questions you may have.
Any future queries can be submitted through the ‘Help’ section online. Thank you.
Kind regards,
