Amazing Staff

Ciera, Jewli and Karen all make it easy for our company to schedule meetings in the conference rooms which allows us to entertain potential clients illustrating a larger presence. They contact me when I receive mail or a package and take messages for us when we are not available. Just amazing people who are a good way to present a much larger image.

Past BBB Complaint Onward to AG

Repeated demands for immediate release of retainer are ignored when tenants have provided evidence of Regus errors compounds unethical patterns and practices. 26% or 5,100 + 1 star reviews make clear chronic problems met with disingenuous "we are so sorry for YOUR frustrations"...as our small startup has an escalated case for 30-45 days and mounting bank overdarft fees afterward proving finance department fault and no solution afterward a BBB complaint unanswered and informing Regus of our advancing to state Attorney General consuner complaint. No live agents, insanity looping helptickets dissolve as nonresponsive. A 6 month lease will result in exorbanent 100$ monthly fee for 12x14 office or $634 is a ripoff. Tenants may have great community managers but languish in humiliation when demanding accountability. Where is our refund??

Hi Violet,
I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction; however, please note that the bank details you have given to us when requesting the retainer refund online are incorrect, which caused the bank to reject the payment. So, it is unfair for you to post this review, blaming us.
We have now received the correct bank details from you, and your refund is being reprocessed with priority. Once we reprocess your refund you will receive a correspondence letting you know that the payment went through successfully.
Thank you,
Michelle Spire

Happy Tenants!

We are new tenants and have appreciated the options Regus has provided with our new business model and most team members working remotely.
The Community Service team of Ceira and Bella do an excellent job of managing the office and are terrific!
I would definitely recommend Regus to anyone looking for a smaller office footprint.
