The quality of the onsite staff.
When new equipment is installed, there are many deficiencies in the instruction manual. Also, the on-site staff does not understand the equipment.
When we request help, they respond slowly, and in the worst cases, they just ignore us.
We have been living in Regus for over three years, but we have not seen any improvement in the quality of the staff.
