部屋の清掃も通常の営業時間よりかなり早く実施しており、心地よく事務所を利用できている。
難点は、部屋の温度が高すぎること（窓からの赤外線を強く遮断して欲しい。晴れた日はサウナ状態）、壁の遮音性が低いこと。
