Extremely unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional – Closure notice on the same day!
I am beyond shocked by Regus's behavior. I received an email informing me that the Slavonski Brod centre is closing on the very same day it stopped operating (February 9, 2026). As a foreign business owner, this has put my company in a critical legal position.
I am currently in the middle of a construction permit process, and all official documentation and approvals are being sent to this address. By closing without any notice, Regus has jeopardized my entire project and forced me into a legal violation (not having a valid registered address). Their "solution" was to move me to a city 200km away, which is useless for local tax and building permits.
Unreliable, unprofessional, and zero respect for long-term clients. Avoid at all costs if you need a stable business address!

Hi Meliha,
We apologise for any inconvenience you’ve experienced following the closure of your centre.
A centre closure can be a frustrating experience for customers and it’s something we try to avoid wherever possible.
We understand that you'd have appreciated greater notice. Unfortunately, due the extremely short notice provided to us by the building landlord we were unable to provide it. We're extremely sorry about this.
Our country manager has been in direct contact with you and he remains your point of contact should you wish to raise any additional points.
Kind regards,

Too Pushy After a Simple Inquiry

Asked about a coworking space with specific privacy needs, got a vague reply. Then received over 20 calls and 10+ emails, felt more like spam than support.

I signed up for membership in September…

I signed up for membership in September ( I used business club twice, I had negative experience, I reached out to local employee who never responded to me)

I cancelled contract on 13 October

and Regus charged me September, October, November - twice, I paid via transaction then they also took money from my card, and now I received invoice for December.

Scam

Hello Barbara,
We are sorry for any confusion caused as your online comments are inaccurate.
You provided notice to us on 15 October 2024. As per your agreement, a 30-calendar day notice is needed so your agreement correctly ended on 30 November 2024, and you were billed accordingly.
There are no invoices for December and certainly no “scam”. You can check this yourself through your online account; myregus.com > Account > Billing and payments.
Our Account Helpdesk team are already in contact with you. If you have more concerns, please respond to them and they will be happy to clarify further. Thank you.
Regards,
