We rented a virtual office in Cebu and they charged us double what we pay for a virtual office in Canada. Be aware of the sales people confusing you with Pesos and not converting the costs into dollars and get stuck with a non cancellable contract.

We strive to ensure transparency in all our communications, including currency and pricing.
All service pricing is quoted in the local currency of the country where the service is provided, which will be stated in our communications and agreements. We understand how exchange rates can make services appear differently priced compared to other regions, but this varies by location and their current market conditions.
All our agreements can be ended provided they meet a specified notification period and it’s in the terms of your agreement. Ending your agreement is a simple process: you can log into your online account (myregus.com) and click on Accounts > Products and services > End Agreement. Your termination will be automatically confirmed by email.

Offices and onsite staff are good but their systems are terrible. Revenue from unauthorised transactions and people just not checking what they’re paying will be massive. Be sure to check and when you find mistakes, don’t assume they’ll do what they say.
Thanks your updated response. However, after being advised, on at least 4 seperate occasions, that you have refunded the over billing, we’re now two months since Regus took unauthorised amounts from our credit card and still nothing has actually been refunded.
