It's a good service for people that…

It's a good service for people that need supports with the addictions maybe they come out of prison have alcohol issues of harming or whatever they have the help they need can be here there is no support for the weekly sessions as described in in the reviews or the initial contract setup I live in supported housing with PCP and it's maintained to a good standard twin extend I love three other people and we all get on great which is fantastic stuff because there's nothing like living with people and you don't get on with them or your personality is maybe clash or whatever reason but it's good for me living here in Leicester I know there are some places that are not so good we have a few repairs that needed to be done and we can message the landlord and he's fine about it he texts every so often to see how we are getting on we have a catch up every week or so so for a few minutes which is good and we all stick to the rules here there's no alcohol no drugs nothing like that which makes me feel like I'm safe I feel reassured about this I've got my own room the bed and the wardrobe will provide it and by having to purchase my table television from my previous house and various cleaning products which is not a problem we always chipping if you want to get some cleaning stuff like washing up liquid or bleach or something like that I know that children and Andre teens are not allowed the house and my friends sometimes come over maybe from 11 the morning they might stay till 1 p.m. I think that hours are from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. and then they have to leave I've never had anybody come over until 9:30 and they leave so I'm will within the rules but it's ok to live here it's on the main road so the traffic can sometimes be noisy but it's it's nice is comfortable it's clean we've got all the mod cons that we need the washing machine the dryer I've got a small garden that we can maybe do some work on when the weather gets better and the only thing we needed this place is the Wi-Fi haha it's not a problem because I've got loads of data but it can be an issue if you want to communicate with family members of a social media or something like that but Leicester city centre is only 10 minutes walk away and you can get through Wi-Fi there so it's good overall I would recommend PCP it's a good place to go if makes you feel safe and if you are just coming out of prison as I mentioned before it is not my situation message relation is severe mental health problems and addictions but if you have anything like this you're not going to be judged you are going to be made to feel welcome registration for this situation is very easy the landlord met me at a computer shop and we registered online and then he took me to see the property I got the keys on the same day and I was in my own place with my independence trying to get back control of my life if which made me feel a lot better and now I'm here 2 months on I'm feeling stronger I'm feeling better I'm looking maybe next month to try to get some volunteering going in my life or maybe some employment

If I could of chose no stars I would of done. The company is a absolute disgrace. Keyworker tried to get me to urinate into a pot infront of himself and another service user. Left me homeless and had to go back to the domestic violence I had escaped from. Issues raised in group meetings were never sorted and Jitesh had the shittest attitude for someone who claims to want to help. Would avoid at all costs

I came into PCP Chelmsford 2 years ago a totally Broken and long term heroin addict the staff at PCP helped me find myself again and taught me how the clean sober and spiritual life I lead now works as most of the people I was in treatment with are still clean and sober I have no doubt if I had not gone into PCP I would surely be dead by now thanks to all the staff at PCP for my life

Five star counselling and hope

I would like to say say when I first went to PCP Luton I could hardly walk and spend about 5 weeks in a detox house. where I found the staff kind considerate helpful honest and most of all caring they help me so much when I was on my knees . and help put me together this may not be a luxury accommodation but the staff were brilliant. The counselling team what five star and literally give me a new lease of life. If you you are willing to commit to the programme that they put out and not there to waste you're time. I will always always be grateful to Amanda Michael Kieran and Paula they were honest with me. Especially Amanda who helped me so much I would like to thank them all all and I would recommend PCP to anyone as long as you don't want to 5-star luxury this is not a hotel tell this is a detox and a rehab. If you work the program you will see a difference in yourself and have a new life if you want it. So thank you PCP all the best Michael.

Key Worker Support

I currently lived in a supported house and my key worker Jitesh is great. He is very supportive and shows understanding and empathy towards my life facing challenges. I find him easy to talk/share with and always look forward to his visits. I can confidently say that he is a true asset to the project.

PCP has given many people a way out of addiction and the company continues to deliver excellent treatment. The staff are passionate and skilled in guiding one into recovery. I have trusted PCP to help many of my clients, have had excellent reviews from them and would recommend this company in choosing a no frills, solid 12 step rehab.

The best 12 weeks of my life

I went into PCP hopeless, broken, suicidal and lost. PCP, all of the wonderful staff there and the 12 step programme saved my life. More than that it has helped me start to become the person I should be. They were patient, supportive and inspirational and I had the best 12 weeks of my life. I made so many friends and was given the tools to stay sober and cope with life on the outside. I wouldn't be where I am today, or even alive, if I hadn't had the opportunity to go into PCP. The group sessions were so powerful, we were treated like adults and shown there is a solution to addiction if you want recovery. It is truly, a magical place

PCP treatment & housing

Working for me wanting to change still. What's offered when I was in treatment, is good and if I needed more assistance then I would of got it. Yep my experience as a client in rehab was good, I was happy with the house I was in, the groups was run well and the steps I did in treatment worked for me. I now live with PCP Housing after treatment and it's been really good to me. The Lady and key worker who works for PCP Housing in Chelmsford is a really nice person and does her best to make sure you are comfortable and safe. I can't complain.

If you want any better you'll have to go to a place in Europe I know which costs hundreds of thousands each month with the best of everything medical, science whole team available 24/7.

99 days living the dream

My experience has been an amazing one because I have wanted and needed to change my life which I am doing today. All members off staff have been very supportive and encouraging in making me look within and have a new approach to this rehab this time and now I am in move on with Dona.

Best rehab in UK

WOW! What a wonderful place. I have done numerous rehabs and detoxes over the years, and none of them get anywhere near PCP. Every single staff member is on point, from the top down, the counsellors support workers, the truth hurts and they really do take you to the places you need to go to get sober. I owe my life to PCP, thank you so much Perry and James for everything you did for me to get me through the door I know I was a difficult one!!

Very Grateful for life in Sobriety

I was in treatment in 2019 for 3 months. The staff and service was excellent. I went on to move on straight from treatment and Dona is amazing and so helpful. I started volunteering straight away and now I am an employee, still living in move on. My life has changed so much and I’m loving it, I have my family back and a beautiful grandson now which is great. Thank you PCP Chelmsford for the continued support.

Dedicated empathetic staff

Dedicated empathetic staff helping a psychosomatic illness that has become a scourge on society today. I am relieved and grateful to have received more than adequate help for my son from PCP. I do not want to contemplate the consequences of not having taken this fateful decision.
Many thanks to PCP, and keep up the good work.

I and my family are so grateful to all…

I and my family are so grateful to all the staff for their support in the breakdown of my brother. Due to ongoing medical problems including trying to manage pain. No one within the medical services realised how his quality of life was being affected. He quite literally began to drink himself to death in a matter of weeks. If it wasn't for the Perry ClaymenProject and their quick response to our needs we would have been arranging his funeral. I and my family cannot thank everyone at PCP enough.
