Bad experience. I was informed that scooty will be delivered to ur home but they refused to sent it. Asked to come n pick by urself or book porter by urself and get it at ur home. No coordination between sender and receiver end.

The Shifting company was down right pathetic
The company was down right pathetic. After booking the delivery of my scooty it was agreed that they would come to pick it up at 7.30 pm. But not only did they say they would come the next day to pick up when I wouldn't be available in the city, they also told me if I had such a problem then cancel the contract you will get your refund. Even after canceling the contract with them within 24 hours, the token amount that I gave of Rs. 500, they did not refund it and they said the refund will not be possible because the intermediary person put in the timing after 24 hours of cancelation.

Co-ordinator always try to teach in place of explain .
Delivery boy behaviour is totally unacceptable.

AVOID - BAD EXPERIENCE!
Mr.Mohit is an ill-mannered person who doesn't know how to speak to customers. He overcharged me. He didn't adjust the booking amount paid in advance and when I asked for a refund he said "Don't message me, no refund". Spoke very rudely and has been non-responsive throughout. I had a very bad experience. Someone by the name of Mr. Rohan Gupta said he'll help me but he ghosted me. I'm fed up of chasing these people. They say they are Gati but actually they are some 3rd party not the real Gati. I have to do multiple followups, but in vain. AVOID!

It went ok
It went ok, rates etc should have been clarified before the booking. Instead of just per kg weight, a rough estimate should have been given. The volumetric weight based shipping was a surprise to me.

Trustworthy, nice packaging, though takes a lot of time to deliver, polite driver and other staffs. A bit on the costlier side as they use weight system not the distance, but yeah they do the job well. Timing can be improved

Good Custmer Service
The staff is easy to reach and is helpful enough. Even though there was a mistake in the PIN code for a package that I was expecting, it was easy to get things sorted and have it sent to the correct address without much of an effort that other companies in similar services demand.

Firstly, I'm impressed with the service that I've received despite the little quantity of consignment that I had to get shipped. My consignment was protected and even when there were certain issues at the delivery point, I was rest assured that it would reach safely and it did. Looking forward to working with them in future.
