We’re sorry the delivery took almost 2 weeks instead of the 3 days initially expected. While our usual delivery time is 1–3 working days, delays can unfortunately happen due to transport network issues (peak periods, incidents, holidays, etc.).
Regarding the tyre “newness” / DOT: if the tyres are under 36 months old, the DOT is generally not displayed on the product page (this follows the most restrictive market practice), and tyres can be stored for years without loss of performance when properly stored. If the tyres are older than 36 months, this should be clearly indicated on the site—if it wasn’t, it may be a listing error that our team needs to verify.
Please open a support ticket from your customer account (or contact us via the contact form) with your order number and photos of the DOT markings on each tyre. Our after-sales team will check the listing and your case and come back to you quickly with the appropriate solution.

I ordered tyres on 12.03.2026 that were clearly marked as “in stock,” with a promised delivery time of 4 days. As of 23.03.2026, I still haven’t received anything.
To make matters worse, the order was split into two separate shipments (2+2) with different tracking numbers and delivery dates. Both are currently stuck at a terminal, and I’ve already had to reschedule my fitting appointment twice because of this.
Customer support is practically nonexistent—there’s no phone number, and the AI chatbot responses are completely unhelpful and resolve nothing.
A perfect example of “buy cheap, pay twice.” Save your time and avoid the frustration—look elsewhere.
