I was very satisfied withEfficient Delivery, Older DOT Date the ordering…
I was very satisfied with the ordering process and the delivery from reifendirekt. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.
However, the tire I received has a DOT number of 1624. While the service was excellent, this older DOT date is the reason for my 3-star rating.

Dear Thomas G.,
thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We're pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the ordering process and the efficient delivery — it's always our goal to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
We exclusively offer brand-new tires from current production. However, since the tires are dispatched directly after your order depending on availability from various warehouses across Germany, the specific DOT number of a given tire cannot be determined in advance due to system constraints.
Please note that, over time, proper storage can actually improve certain material properties. This is because the rubber compound in the tires continues to cure and is not immediately exposed to the stresses of road use. According to the BRV (German Tire Retail and Vulcanization Trade Association), tires are considered "factory-new" for up to 3 years and "new" for up to 5 years, provided they have been stored correctly.
We appreciate your honesty and your 3-star rating, and we hope to welcome you again in the future under even better circumstances.
Kind regards
Reifendirekt Team
I ordered 4 new tires from you
I ordered 4 new tires from you. 3 are from Poland, manufactured in 2024. And 1 tire is from France, manufactured in 2025. Why is this?

Dear Mert Gümüs,
thank you for your inquiry.
We have warehouses both within and outside of Germany, which allows us to offer a wide range of tire options. Due to the distribution system and availability across our various locations, it is possible for tires from different countries to be part of the same order.
In your case, the three tires from Poland were manufactured in 2024, and the one tire from France was manufactured in 2025. Rest assured, all of our tires meet the same high-quality standards and are stored properly until they are shipped.
We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards
Reifendirekt Team
