Poor customer service
I ordered the same item twice, once it was returned claiming that I was not home, and payment was refunded after deduction! I ordered again and this time the item was lost. Customer service was horrible, useless and even rude. It is a pity customer service is at this low level

As indicated in our terms and conditions of sale, the cancellation of the orders is not guaranteed (9. Cancellation of the order): https://www.tyreleader.co.uk/terms-and-conditions
Our system is designed for the delivery of the ordered items within the shortest possible period: the data therefore is automatically sent to the transporter immediately after validation of the order.
The transporter then creates the shipment label with the tracking number and the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
Once this automatic procedure is started it is difficult to cancel or modify the order's route.
For the above reasons we always ask our customers to verify their order before the final validation and payment.

Very long delivery time and crapy DPD workers
I don't know, maybe it is normal here. But I was not prepared for waiting so long for the delivery. I ordered Continental tires a week ago and still did not receive them. You should at least specify the expected date of delivery.
Also, I ordered Schneeketten. You sent them through DPD. They cannot find a simple address in Vienna and their support service does not know what is going on. The driver took decision himself to leave the package at Packet Shop without even calling me, while support service did not even know about this. Earlier DPD delivered me other packages without problems to the same address.
The tires are sent via GLS. Let's see how much weeks will the delivery take in result.
Quite a bad experience.
