Outstanding customer service and well-made, comfortable shoes. High quality. Great value.
After a delivery issue (not Reindeer Leather's fault) their excellent customer service staff made it right and sent me another pair of shoes. I love them! So comfortable and well-made. I was so impressed that I ordered sandals and slippers, too, and received them without issue. I love them too!! Reindeer Leather's customer service is outstanding.

Received the wrong order
Received the wrong order. Tried multiple times to contact support, with no response. I paid $80 for shoes and received the wrong size. Also was supposed to receive free slippers with the order and didn’t get that. That was my second order and was planning to place another order, never again. No customer support

I love these slippers
I love these slippers, I purchased 3 at first to make sure I like them, then I ordered 2 more, it's hard to find slippers I like so I stock up on them. They are light weight and they get more comfortable as you wear them. They seem to be sturdy also, great non-sweat sandals, I use them for indoors only because other bedroom slippers make my feet sweat, so I need leather, they work perfectly.

The women slippers I bought you could add cork to make it indoor outdoor slippers. Add a
little more leather to give a little more slack on the width so be beneficial for women with wide feet. Your leather quality is a little bit better off than most leather I have tried.
