Service Leaves Something To Be Desired
Very well made slippers. Would have given 5-stars if it weren't for the fact that the shoes run large (I normally wear a size 43). Had to return them for size 42 and was expected to pay for the return shipping even though nowhere did it mention anything about it running large. Good business practices IMO dictate that the vendor should offer to pay for return shipping due to their sizing discrepancy.

Buyer order 43 size that what size was shipping in size chart also mention in description about sizing of slippers. On top of that I send 2X pair of slippers without any extra cost to buyer along with shoes. Great purchase from Reindeerleather online store! The store is located in Poland, but I was able to get in touch with the representative there immediately after I started the online chat. I had all my questions answered, which allowed me to order the product from their site with no hesitation. The merchandise was shipped quickly and reached me within the estimated time range. The Turquoise shoe slippers I ordered were very pretty, but too small. The width wasn't wide enough. I returned them and was refunded my money.

Ordered two pairs of slippers. I was happy with the quality of the products. I was looking for a replacement for slippered I purchased while traveling through Poland and these were perfect and exactly what I was looking for.
One of the pairs I ordered did not come in the right color, but the style was correct so it is fine.
