Reinforced Beds are a family run, online only retailer specialising in very strong beds and durable mattresses based in the UK. Our collection consists of heavy-duty frames constructed from the strongest materials. The range include wooden bed frames, metal bed frames, upholstered beds (including bedsteads, ottomans and divans) and bunk beds.
Our stock is suitable for both domestic and contract customers. We have supplied products to many different environments, such as large hotel chains, student accommodation refits and to the NHS direct to name a few.
Due to the build quality of our products, we have a wide selection suitable for people who are overweight and/or suffer from challenging behaviour. These products have been sourced and designed with the aim to be the solution for customers who require them most.
As well as an online retailer, we take great care in our products. As well as sourcing reliable and fantastic manufacturers to create our beds, we also manufacture select metal beds on site here in Norfolk! We also import some products directly to us, built to our own spec from overseas.

The Sandringham shaker solid oak bed is…
The Sandringham shaker solid oak bed is strong and well made. It was easy for me to put together by myself, although the instructions say to use a Philips screwdriver, which is okay, but using a PZ2 would be better with the type of screws supplied.
I contacted customer service for an update and they were friendly and helpful. Delivery was fine too.
I expect this bed will last me a long time. I have combined it with a Simba Hybrid Pro mattress and it is extremely comfortable.

The drawers are generally very nice, but unfortunately the metal parts arrived damaged and scratched, which is very sad because these are not cheap items.

The strongest beds available on the market probably
I found the ordering process, and communication, via email and phone, to be perfectly acceptable when ordering a Calthorpe bed and 'The Brick' mattress. Delivery was fluid and hassle free with the two man delivery to a room of choice. The bed frame is extremely strong and silent, and the mattress really lives up to its name. It was just what I wanted. Thank you.

No instructions for assembly. No holes in bed for fixing head board. Unhelpful and unapologetic customer services.

Missing parts!
This bed was for my disabled daughter. I paid the extra to have it delivered on the Saturday so I knew I could be there and get it set up, as her other bed broke, so got removed Saturday morning.
The delivery men were brash and unhelpful. They dumped the box at the bottom of our stairs, but I dealt with it. Started to put it together and realised the were pieces missing. I contacted the delivery driver and he said that's all they had.
As it was a weekend we were unable to speak to anyone! So my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor.
I will say that they did respond on the Monday and sent the rest of the bed on the Tuesday, they also gave me "some" of my delivery charge back as I requested!

Extra firm mattress for my son
Extra firm mattress for my son, being a little cuddlier. Very good, supportive, comfortable. The delivery driver's were extremley polite and efficient, disposing of our old mattress with no questions asked. I have used Reinforced beds before, for the bed base. Fantastic company.

Packaging
Delivery was good, contents of package incomplete with instructions not very good, so I had to adapt.
After sales lady was very good. When she heard my dilemma, she promised to send the missing feet and fulfilled her promise.

The product is great! Poor delivery service!
The product is great, I’m only giving 3 stars however because the delivery was abrupt and not as promised by the company. We were led to believe delivery would be helpful and help get the mattress in place! Instead we got a gruff man as we answered the door he left my 4ft10 daughter with it and walked off!
