Ordered Bont shoes that unfortunately didn't fit. Easily ordered even changed colour after payment, delivery time maybe not rapid but still OK. No problem at all with return and refund.

On January 31, 2021 (order # 6949) I ordered full cucstom shoes and I paid € 879.00 in advance. Since then, despite numerous e-mails that I exchanged with Robert, I did not receive either the shoes I ordered or a refund. Robert has not answered our calls since August. I do not send e-mail anymore because I do not count on a credible answer. You are asking me not to use insults and bad words, but in this case I struggle to fulfill this task. I hope Prbert will spend a merry Christmas for my advance

Great service - poor delivery
Great service from Niels, three-week delivery from Holland to Finland brings down the stars quite heavily. Even though it was the hauling company that screwed up, it is still an important part of the whole experience.
However, it won't stop me from future purchases with Reins.

The first concern was regarding the choice of correct shoe size and the second was regarding a warranty claim to a defective T-nut in one shoe. Ordered a pair of Bont cycling shoes. Contacted customer service beforehand since I wasn't sure about the sizing and received accurate information including delivery times. Received the pair in the communicated timeframe and the sizing advice was spot on. Great customer service all around!

Bont heel and toe protectors
Reins stock and service is excellent. Bont (old style) protectors are not that good. First specialized have never worn out and I have 4 pairs. Secondly the bonts dont just un screw. They also need to be bonded on with super glue. Not too difficult but a real fafe for just a simple job. Lastly they are very expensive for 4 bits of rubbet.
