Not pleased because it doesn’t fit and the belt extender wasn’t with it.
Not too great. My package was damaged and I didn’t get all the things that were to come with it. I saw the package looked like it was opened before I got it. It had packaging tape all around. The belt doesn’t fit and there was no extender piece or pouch that I saw it was supposed to come with. Not sure what you can do about it. In order to use it I have to sit in the chair and put it behind my back.

I had to return a defective product. The process was professional and step-by-step very responsive. The replacement part was received in a timely fashion.
Excellent follow up on a warranty promise. A level of responsiveness not normally seen in business today.

I have been trying to cancel the membership for several months. The last person I communicated with kept quizzing me about how I was using the product, and she insinuated that I had unreasonable expectations. All I want is to get rid of the service!

A Superstar Customer Service Representative
I have spoken with many Customer Service Representatives or Agents over the years. My experience speaking with Criselda earlier today, defined what Five (5) Star Customer Service is all about. She was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Criselda first pulled up my order and then took the time to listen to my reason for calling. She then proposed a solution that not only benefitted me, but from a business perspective, left me with a very positive outlook on the Rejuvacare Company as a whole. IMO Criselda defines the type of Customer Service Representative that any company with a great product would want handling inquiries, questions or concerns about their products. I truly hope that Rejuvacare recognizes Criselda for the Superstar Customer Service Representative that she is whether in an annual performance review, some monetary amount or hopefully through both.

At last a good night's sleep.
Although I don't have edema, I have PAD and my feet would lose feeling while I slept, and cause some pain. Now that I use FOOTRENEW before bedtime, I don't wake up in pain during the night.
