Awful customer service and refund
Recieved item for shoulder pain, did absolutely nothing for me, then when I inquired abt returning was given run around, offering me 50% credit which I declined, should have taken because had to pay shipping for return!! Then had to email then copy of return and now over 60 days no refund!!! So if you order complain and maybe you’ll get some $$$ back!!!

Awesome shoulder fix
I received my rejuvecare shoulder device a couple of weeks ago, I started wearing it twice a day for 15 minutes. I'm 57 yrs old ,I've been paralyzed from chest down for 30 years,using my wheelchair had took a toll on both my shoulders but my left shoulder was the worst ,constant pain and clicking noises. I could barely sleep on my left side.Since I started using my rejuvecare my left shoulder pain is almost gone. My range and motion is almost back to normal. I went to my sports medicine doctor yesterday for my 3 month follow up and she couldn't believe the improvements. I told her I stopped the pain medicine and pulled up rejuvecare on my phone for her after she asked what I've been doing, she told me she was wondering did it work because she's the team doctor for a soccer team and she keeps seeing the players using the shoulder, knee ,hip and back devices. I laughed because she said sometimes she see players wrapped in all the devices at the same time after practices for pain relief. She told no more 3 month appointments, just make an appointment if I need anything from now on. That's $ saved on time,gas,and copays for meds and doctor visits ( Win Win) for me.My quality of life in the wheelchair has truly changed drastically in a couple of weeks thanks to this device ,I'm so glad I found it while just scrolling on Facebook and taking a chance on it.

I ordered footrenew2.0 for $310.00 ,within 2 hours I realize this was too much for me and sent email to cancel. I did not hear a reply and call the next day and was told the order had been mailed. The salesgirls were very polite but did not help in my problem and was told I had to wait 90 days before I could return product. My wife was also charged $91.00 and she did not even order any product

It was shipped right away. It's a learning experience to learn the best way to put it on. At first it was hard for me but after using it for while it got better. It's not a cure but helps relieve the pain I have. It's best to charge it after use, I say that because it works so much better with a full charge.

Enrolled in a costly "membership? without knowing!!
The device itself was OK BUT without you being aware, they sign you up for a "membership" which will appear on your charge every month for $42.95. Have no idea what you get for the membership - I got nothing. Unfortunately, I did not notice the charges for several months! I called and they were willing to cancel my "membership" but I am out the montly charges!!!!

The Best investment I've made in myself.
I was at first afraid this was just another scam, but after watching their video I decided to give them a try. The item arrived quickly ( the Footrenew 2.0 and the lymphaderm cream). I followed the instructions, charged the device, and was impressed right iwaway. I do wish the lymphaderm cream was a little bigger package, but overall, so far I am very happy with this product. I do wish the messagers were foot specific ( either left foot or right foot). I got 2- one for each foot- but so far no problems. I look forward to my 20 minutes of "me time"! Just me and my Footrenews 2.0s!!
