Spread & fees is the trade-off for being the most straightforward app
I love this app. I just wish they can do something more about lowering the spread and fees but I guess it's the trade-off for being the most straightforward app in Switzerland and Europe to Buy & Sell Bitcoin!

Since i verified it works more reliable.
Without verifing i had problems cause buyiing BTC with creditcard was limited to 475€.
Ince my btc sid not reach. After i asked support two times my account was closed and my mony lost. Bearly 500 €.
That was not fznny.

Great and kind customer support
Great and kind customer support. The small issue that I had after lots of transactions were solved AND compensated. Truly no KYC unlike most exchanges. It’s also decentralised and the bitcoin is sent to your personal wallet of which you only hold the keys. Relai is the best app to become your own bank!
