Be warned: Tudor House Hotel, Tewkesbury (part of the Relaxinnz / Historicinnz / Dominion Hospitality group) has a deal for sale on Groupon for a room, two course dinner and breakfast and DOES NOT HONOUR the dinner part of the meal - offering instead £8 cash refund so that 2 people can "eat elsewhere"!
Fortunately, we found an excellent hotel nearby, which was wonderful and we thoroughly recommend: the Beckford Inn.
Contacted Historicinnz, Relaxtinnz and Dominion Hospitality and got no reply whatsoever!
We received a full refund from Groupon.

I am putting this review on trustpilot to warn others to avoid relaxinnz. We had an awful experience at this place, no response from relaxinnz and booking.com removed the review. If you are reading this it's probably too late however if not be warned!

If you're planning a trip to Glastonbury (and you should) there are no shortage of decent places to stay. I STRONGLY recommend against the George & Pilgrim - it looks very inviting from the outside but the staff are appallingly rude. The food is atrocious and the rooms filthy. Pop in for a beer by all means but they only have your usual beers on tap - nothing fancy and the village idiot seems to be a permanent feature at the bar. Be prepared for him to grunt at you all night.
