I wanted to try a bottle on their test promotion which clearly stated a 90 day money back guarantee, I however did not read the fine print and there is no guarantee. As I navigated their long and draw... See more

I was also tricked into getting a free bottle(s) of Relaxium SLeep for $7.95 shipping but later charged $119 for the original 2 bottles. I am only required to return 1 of the bottles for a refund of $119.
The website shows 2 separate orders numbers for 2 bottles each with the newest order containing the $119. I questioned if this meant I was to receive 4 bottles in total and was told no. Don't buy from the Relaxium Sleep website. Amazon caries the same item for half the price.
All the televised testimonials are positive - I tried the product and true to their advertisement, I got a full refund for the full purchase price after trying the product for thirty days, but it took approximately 30 days to receive the refund. For myself, the product caused difficulty in going to sleep, waking frequently through the night and having difficulty going back to sleep. It simply did not work for me.
This product did nothing for me but made me sick!! I got the free trial which turned out NOT to be free. I printed out the order and the only charge was the shipping $7.95. When I got my credit card bill I saw I was charged $119.00. I called to get my refund, but was told I was a couple of days late. I explained about my order saying only $7.95 and she said I was not going to get the $119.00. That is not good business practice. Another issue with this product is the doctor says there is an ingredient called Valerest. He makes it sound like this is some exclusive ingredient, but it's just valerian root. You really need to research these products because the
ingredients are no more than what's in most multi-vitamins.
I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience which is the exact opposite of another reviewer. Don't miss out on the chance to benefit from this product. I have been a customer for several years and absolutely love the results. I have quality sleep and no grogginess in the morning. And my experience with customer service has been excellent!
I agree with the others. You have to put your credit card information in without being told of their practice of automatically sending you another bottle that they charge you for. They then automatically put you on a recurring order without you agreeing. The only way you would know what they will do is if you scroll all the way down past when they ask for the credit card and read the small print. I have never experienced this. The customer service people are bored and rude and would not take the product back because it was opened to try. Also the product does not work.
Ad says TRIAL of Relaxium so I paid for shipping & jhandling. Received the product, & have been trying it. Well 1st issue: The company charged my charge card for 2 bottles & checked off Auto-renew. I call that BRAZEN Nerve. Thank goodness I complained to my credit card company BUT they had already declined the payment. @nd issue: I have taken this as directed & it does not work... @ least for me it doesn't work.
Relaxiumsleep.com predatory website advertises free bottles but charges hundreds. The website seems to malfunction while you are trying to pay 7.95 for shipping of the "free" bottle. You are shown "deals" for monthly supplies of this sleep aid pressuring you to choose buying more than a sample putting your card info and addresses in over and over until finally seeming to accept that all you want is the sample bottle. That is when they charged me 107.91 for a sample that was supposed to cost me the original 7.95. I wonder if Mike Huckabee knows that his sponsorship of this product is causing people such hardship.
