Over the last week I have had 3 parcels…

Over the last week I have had 3 parcels delivered by this company one was left on the floor in the porch one was left on the seat in the porch both openly for people to see with potential to be stolen and one was thrown over the rear gate. On each of these occasions we were in and no attempt was made to ring the doorbell or kock

Do not use relay!

Absolutely awful company. My parcel showed delivered but it was delivered to the wrong address but what is worse is they put it through the letter box of a house that has no one living in it so i am unable to retrieve it. I have had no communication from relay on this matter.

Please do not use relay I wish i had the option to give them zero stars.

As it’s already been said appalling…

As it’s already been said appalling delivery company, allegedly delivered my parcel at 23:05 hrs !!!!!!

Blatant liars !!!!! Sadly we don’t have a choice in who the company you purchase from is choosing for a delivery service 😩

Wouldn’t even give Relay 1 star

Wouldn’t even give Relay 1 star. Company is a joke. I am trying to send 4 parcels (vinted sales) they have been sat in the Relay drop off shop and today is the 11th day and still not been collected by courier. I’m absolutely disgusted and will disable them in vinted App and not use them for anymore deliveries. I feel totally scammed. I have emailed relay support and guess what NO Response.

AVOID AVOID THIS PARCEL COMPANY

I’m a seller on Vinted, and this is by far the worst shipping company a customer can choose.

There is no option to print the shipping label yourself or have it printed in the store. I took the parcel to their drop-off point, the employee scanned the QR code and attached the label. I don’t know whether the mistake happened in the store or later in the warehouse, but my customer did not receive our package — they received something completely different.

We contacted Relay and received absolutely no response. Their customer service basically does not exist.

We wanted to clarify the situation and receive compensation, but instead we had to send another product at our own expense, which means we ended up losing money twice.

We have all the photos of our original product as well as photos of the completely different item received by the unhappy customer.

It has now been over 4 weeks with zero response (since 11 June 2026).

This is the worst shipping company we have ever dealt with. Maybe they are the cheapest, but I would rather pay extra and use reputable shipping companies instead.

We have removed this delivery option from our Vinted settings so customers can no longer choose it because, in our experience, they are not worth even £1.

I hope Vinted refunds us for our losses, and we will never use their services again.

HORRENDOUS

HORRENDOUS - Never again!

Tried RELAY once & bought 2 Vinted parcels same day. Chose my local shop as per options. Parcel said delivered, went to collect & the shop says they aren’t registered with Relay & I’m the 17th person to come & ask?

Messaged Relay 2 weeks ago & NO reply even though they aim for 72 hour communication. Items showing item delivered on Vinted. Tracking updates say parcel delayed. I assume BOTH my items are lost. DO NOT USE

Lost my item

Sent an item through Vinted and it was delivered to an unknown location that the buyer couldn’t find. She raised the issue with Relay and they never responded. The item has been lost and I’m very frustrated. Would avoid.

Writing
The delivery driver falsely marked my parcel as delivered. Instead of delivering it to the front office, he took it to the back door, placed it there briefly to take a photo as "proof of delivery," and then picked up the parcel and left with it.
Thankfully, I checked my security camera footage, and everything was clearly recorded. The video shows the driver taking the parcel with him after pretending to deliver it.
This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing service. I have already submitted a complaint to the company, but I have not received any response

My first experience with this company…

My first experience with this company and has been a good one. Predicted date for delivery was 2nd July (a week after I ordered) but delivered 2 days earlier. Not sure why it would take so many days to deliver but think the dispatch time from the company I bought from was slow.
Recommend company based on this experience.

Absolutely disgusting Delivery company

Absolutely disgusting Delivery company. If you think Evri are bad you have seen nothing till you use relay. Loose parcels don't bother answering emails. Absolutely disgusting customer service or lack of. I have removed them as an option on my Vinted and have advised Vinted to stop having relay as an option. I won't buy anything sent by them.

Ordered a parcel on vinted

Ordered a parcel on vinted , collected it and 10 days later no sign , last update was the collection.

Another 15 days or so until vinted allow me to claim for the lost package , joke of a company

Very rude delivery person

We received a ring on the door and my partner answered. The parcel was given but the driver couldn’t get his scanner working and wanted to take it back. She refused and he became abusive so I closed the door. He proceeded to ring the bell and bang on the door. I opened the upstairs window and with difficulty due to poor English, finally figured he had the scanner working and wanted. I subsequently opened the door with the packaging and he scanned it. He continued to grumble about our behaviour so I closed the door and had no further communication with him

Had 3 separate parcels delivered first two driver didn’t knock the door and left them by the bin, the one today asos parcel had been opened and items were missing. Don’t want this company touching anything that I have ordered
