If i could this would be 0 Stars

If i could this would be 0 Stars, ive waited weeks for a prize i had won arriving from china and i was told it was delivered (Ps..It was not) i live in a 13 story flat with hundreds of Neighbours and my parcel was left outside the building. NOT IN A SAFE PLACE, Your job is to Deliver the parcel to the door number!!!!

I got a notification that my parcel was…

I got a notification that my parcel was on the way so I was on the way home in which it should not have been delivered on that day it said delivered I still wasnt home and seen they have left it on my front door when I got home it was gone when messaged tiktok to tell them about it they said it was delivered and that no refund or replacement will be issued what do I do know?

Have already contacted Relay

Have already contacted Relay, but no reply! My local collection point...absolutely no regard for parcels, compliance,security. Again, I have had to rummage on the shop floor to find my parcel in and amongst everybody else's. This is breaking regulations, I have sent in evidence of the state of the shop, which shows customer parcels all over the shop floor near the tills. This is a daily occurrence, again today i found my parcel under the racking of the sweets!!! Nobody seems to give a monkeys.

If I could give minus stars I would

If I could give minus stars I would, I’ve never experienced such a terrible terrible company. They are surely going to go out of business soon?! I ordered 13 different items on Vinted and a month later they still haven’t arrived 😢 The shop I had them sent to has now ceased to work with Relay and says I will have to find the parcels myself! Great, how do I do that when Relay ignore all emails and have no number to call! It’s a total joke. I’m at a loss as to what to do now other than go and doorstep the owners of the business and ask what the hell they’re doing! Please , whatever you do, avoid this company!

Horrible shit useless theiving…

Horrible shit useless theiving company.. they employ people who cannot deliver a parcel.. thats the first criteria to join relay. Leave it outside someone elses door , take a picture and then bugger off.. wish we could give them minus rating .. everytime we have ordered and if its relay parcel is lost.

Worst delivery service out there

Qr code needed for parcel pickup wasn’t in the email. Email stated ‘just quote this number and shopkeeper will give parcel’. Shopkeeper refused to give parcel without qr code. Saw a new code could be created but that gave an error. Contacted Relay support to get issue sorted. Parcel has been sent back and 10 days later still waiting for a reply. If you can’t even get the basics of deliver service right - why even bother?!! Will never choose relay for delivery again

So so bad

So so bad, ordered in the 19th of june and it said my delivery would be between the 26th of june to the 2nd of july. I got a message saying my parcel was 5 minutes away in the 28th of june. The delivery driver showed up at my house and delivered nothing at all. now it says my shipping is delayed and no tracking information has been updated since the 28th. When i speak to customer service, all I get is automated responses and no real investigating or tracking. I have never had this problem with Hermes, Evri or even royale mail. It’s awful.

This company is genuinely useless

This company is genuinely useless. This is the second time my items haven’t been delivered, and both times they’ve blamed “attempts” that never happened. My first order was sent back to Shein after two fake delivery attempts, even though I clearly asked for it to be left at my reception.

Today, I had another delivery. I was home all day, received no call, and other couriers delivered to me with no issues. Relay is the only service that consistently fails.

Their customer service is non‑existent, their drivers don’t follow instructions, and their delivery updates are unreliable. They waste people’s time, mishandle parcels, and take no responsibility.

Avoid them! they are completely unreliable and not fit to be in business.

First time I used they lost my parcel!!
Used for second time n it looks like it's following the same path
I have another order coming thru relay n I'm not confident that that one will arrive either
Very disappointing as it will say parcel nearly ready for collection then next message says delivery taking longer n so it goes on
Will not use again n will certainly not recommend

I am very dissatisfied with this…

I am very dissatisfied with this service. My parcels are constantly getting lost or arriving much later than expected. It seems that company lacks proper organization.

They also do not respond to messages, complaints, or emails, which is very frustrating.

I do not recommend this service.

Another 1 star review... AVOID!!!

Another 1 star review. Seems to be a trend! Multiple messages sent via their useless contact forms. Zero reply. I feel the webpage service is a "dead decoy". It looks like they've lost my parcel. The automatic tracking updates now just says "sometime in the next 30 days"... Which we all know is cobblers. Less than useless service. AVOID!!

Do not use this company unless you…

Do not use this company unless you don't want to see your parcel ever again!
Ordered three items through Vinted. None arrived. Tracking says the parcel entered the system and that's it. You never get your parcel, customer service is non existent, and you have to wait almost a month before you can report it as missing. Absolute joke of a company and shouldn't be allowed to trade. Reading the reviews I'm not the first and won't be the last. Avoid at all costs, cheap for a reason, they are terrible!

Absolutely a joke do not trust

I used relay for my vinted and also purchased items which the seller sent by relay
My items I sold have not arrived to the buyer for 2 weeks now I have sent 3x message requests via their customer support and no response to any. I purchased a collection of expensive books from a lovely seller, relay delivered a support cushion!!!! What the hell is going on with this company, I would advise any seller or buyer not to use this company they are a absolute joke

Awful company

Awful company. They stated they tried to deliver a parcel via Vinted but the buyer confirmed no one attempted delivery. It states it was sent back to seller but almost a month later, I still haven’t received it back nor any updates. Have tried to email Relay but they’re non responsive. Have had to switch this option off on Vinted and would strongly urge others to do the same!
