Absolute joke, no consequences for drivers stealing parcels from customers.

Extremely bad courier don’t come on the date given in the email. Keeps changing the delivery time and date no contact number and not reliable at all!

Abysmal. Delivery instructions specifically stated to deliver to the back door. Where did they leave the package? On my front doorstep, which is on-street.

What condition was my package in? I don't know, because it wasn't there when I got home.

What an absolute shocking delivery company
Used twice now on vinted and guess what both times parcels have been lost 🧐🧐🧐 is this just a coincidence or are they selling people’s parcels on again makes me wonder

Had a text at 7am today saying my parcel would be here between 10am-2pm and still haven’t had an update or received it. So I emailed them and they just keep telling me that it’s delayed and it will be here today and it’s now 6.43pm and I still haven’t received it. Never using this company again there awful.

This company are completely useless! Every single parcel I have attempted to receive from them has been dumped at a newsagent several miles from my home. They continually pressurise you into collecting as they are too lazy and unwilling to do what they are paid for and deliver parcels. I wonder why I bother ordering anything for home delivery when they clearly are not willing to do this, and only want to take the order to somewhere convenient for them!!
Same this afternoon, before I had notification the delivery was attempted and failed I had notification that the parcel was at the pick up point, so clearly the courier decided to not bother trying and left it there!
I have contacted the company I purchased from and I’ve told them I shall no longer be placing any orders whilst they use Relay-maybe the clue is in the name and part of the journey is the customers responsibility, home delivery is now a come and fetch service, Who knows? This company make Evri look efficient!
Utterly useless and not to be trusted to deliver parcels!!

It’s been a week since my item from Vinted was posted by the seller and the tracking has not been updated by Relay so I have no clue where it is. Just wish I’d never used Relay, not worth the risk.
Update : finally got a response from Relay, it’s lost. How?? They don’t simply disappear. A terrible company. Seriously think Watchdog should highlight this company after reading all the other reviews. Avoid at all costs.

The delivery had my label on it but on the reverse side was somebody else's label and it was their package. I have waited nearly 2 months from my refund and it hasn't come through yet

Despite reading a lot of negative comments I received a delivery today : perfect service from tracking to delivery with a very nice and polite courier . If this is their normal standards they fully deserve 5 *

I ordered through Vinted. Relay was a new option. Thought I'd give it a go (really wish I hadn't as I loved what I had bought). The parcel was collected and no update since - I have read alot of reviews about the couriers so I wonder if it is a complete lack of training & motivation. Tried contacting customer service - no response. I have removed them as an option for buying and selling on the Vinted app. You have competition who are more reliable.

The delivery driver left the parcel in front garden, not in safe place. They don’t care about costumers.

absolutely dreadful. i have had a few packages delivered with them, all of them delivered many weeks late. but this recent situation is what pushed me over the edge: they lost my package in a domestic transit. i waited four weeks for an update but their online tracker is absolutely atrocious and does not work. it wasn’t until i emailed them about the issue that i found out the package was actually lost a week later. very poor customer service and very, very poor company. avoid at all costs.

Dreadful. After multiple delays, was told the parcel was ready to collect and it wasn’t at the collection point. Got in touch with customer service, never heard back. Will avoid buying anything if it’s delivered by this company. Not going through that farce again.

What ever goes right with this company? My suggestion to improve is to call it a day. Dire service. Worse than Evri.

I had a parcel with them what was lost in transit then later found, the receiver of thr parcel wasn't in to collect so it was sent back to me for over 2 weeks, then get an email saying its been lost im transit with their drivers, AGAIN!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE

What a steaming pile of.. rubbish this company is.. Normally people rabble on about various issues they've had with their delivery etc.. But I just can't be bothered, because I'd likely be here all day.. and I've got better things to do..

Would give it less than 1 if I could. There tracking information doesn't work, the company I bought from insist it's on it's way. They want me to pick it up now from a random shop I have never heard of. It has put me off ordering anything from the internet. I thought Royal Mail was bad enough. Don't suppose I will get my parcel or my money back.

I wouldn't even give a 1 * I had parcel saying it had been delivered I was in and IV got CCTV and no postman came in my garden the parcel is lost and all relay are saying that they have checked tracking of driver he was in area so basically they are calling me a liar and can't do anything about it as it's been delivered not no wonder it's only got a one star review wish I had to check to this first
