I would like to give my opinion about the reliable store as I purchased a product from them and the said that I will have a tracking number for me with in 15 days, now I am just shy of 1 month from ordering the product and still no tracking number I had to wait for 17days just to get my order number and invoice from them after I had to phone them numerous times. I also asked the telephone operator to ask the owner of the company to phone me,and that is a week ago and no contact from them. On Monday the telephone operator said to me that I will have my tracking number this week Wednesday today is Thursday and no tracking number. I phoned them agai today to ask to speak to the owner but he is not available, same old story

I bought a note 20 stylus for my Galaxy phone beginning of April. After numerous calls which they don't answer their phone and a lot of emails, they delivered a plastic junk pen for a note 10. It does not fit my phone. After holding on for 30 minutes they said they will collect the pen and refund the money. I waited more than a month for the plastic junk pen. No refund as promised. Making promises and dont keep it.

Absolute bunch of scam artists. They sell stuff they don't have, collect interest on your money and don't provide the goods. Beware, don't go near this bunch!

I am so dissapointed. This is what I ordeted (Hermitshell Hard Travel Case for DRJ Professional 7500Lumens Mini Projector (Black) - Gray) on the 24th of February 2022, order number #38702 but still I haven't received the order after many attempts of calling them and sending emails.

This store should be definitely shut down. With all the unreliable reviews that they have been getting how is the company still trading. Purchased something in Jan 2022, to date no delivery. Rec an email last week to say that there was no stock, expect delivery by the 11th. Quite frankly I dont think I will receive the goods. I have given up. It is my fault anyway for not checking the reviews before purchasing.

Clients like honesty, if we were told that the parcels will arrive after 6 months that would be better...then after placing an order the store does no take our calls, does not respond to our emails...no tracking number...this hurts

THEY SURELY WONT BE AT THESE LOW PRICE !! VERY HAPPY WITH PRODUCTS AND QUALITY !! BE PATIENT FOR ORDER TO BE FILLED AND DELIVERY TIME... WELL WORTH THE WAIT !!! YOU WILL BE VERY SATISFIED AND FIND YOURSELF ORDERING EVERY FEW MONTHS. I ALWAYS DO AND I ALWAYS ORDER FOR FAMILY MEMBERS AND CLOSE FRIENDS FOR BIRTHDAYS AND HOLIDAYS. GIVE ORDERS TIME TO BE FILLED. A scam company that takes your money and delivers nothing but headaches. Pity I didn't take the time to read the reviews on Trust Pilot and/or Scam Alert before parting with my money.

I whish that I had read all the bad reviews before I parted with my money, just a paid for a manual and did not get the download link or any replies to emails. Just another ripoff.

I ordered a MPPT charge controller. Arrived Faulty. Took 4 months for the product to be replaced. Then I find out the label on the product says MPPT controller BUT IT NOT. Bad communication. Stay FAR Away from this outfit. Would like to rate it Minus 5 stars.

After I wrote a review about my order 30764 where they send me the wrong item.
I received an mail from them apologizing for sending the wrong item and attach their terms and conditions.
They state that I have to return the wrong item at my cost to them and then I will also forfeit 35% of the order value after which they will refund the balance after 14days
This is scamming their incompetence negligence and fault but you have to pay for it
This is a scam operation stay far away from them do not trust their pics on their website either.
They intentionally misrepresent and scam poeple

If you expect communication, or even delivery of your goods (imported-did you know?) then don't order from this outfit. Also, if you expect the goods to be as advertised when they arrive after a few months, think again.

Rip off website and scammers, do not order from these, paid for a manual and received no download link, emailed the company on many occasions but not one reply, avoid at all costs!!!

I wish I could give zero stars!!!! Do NOT buy from from company. You WILL be disappointed. They provide horrible customer service. The product was horrible for $40 and they did nothing to rectify the matter. The video is in black and white and it has purple lines going through it. $40 down the drain.

Reliable media store worked out for my clients. It takes patience, but you a getting something not really available elsewhere AND its high quality.
I had issues with them at first... however, they sorted it out and my order was completed.
Try to get their price matched! Good luck... Great quality.

I ordered a dvd set of the show Fame. And yes, it took a really long time to get it. But they did answer my emails in a timely manner and the dvd quality is excellent!!!!! I received my product and was thrilled with it. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the long wait to receive. I'm so happy with my order however, I would recommend them if u want a out of print show. The quality was truly superb!! I find it was worth the wait.

I ordered a boxed DVD set of a television series in January '21. It is now April and have received NOTHING. The outfit is scam, a crime and a shame. Their mothers much be disgusted with them.
