Mis-managed outlet chain with lowest customer centricity. Never believe them

Good service

Such an worst service provider ever. These doesn't know anything about their services. Simply promising and not delivering products on time. Whenever we are calling, everyone is repeating the same nonsense stuffs. Never buy any products from online reliance degital if you don't want to lose your peace of mind. I would like to give minus stars if it would have there. I am not getting my cooler since 5 days. They promised to deliver in next day. And now they are escaping upon asked. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I purchased a washing machine and also bought extended warranty, , where i was to receive a free service of an AC and when i wanted to avail it they said it is only DRY cleaning which was not mentioned earlier and when i called the salesman GAURAV 9650256163 with whose help the lg washing machine was bought he boldly and condescendingly says this is what it is ...challenging me to do whatever I can do by being rude and disrespectful to me .is this how they are taught in reliance digital to behave with a customer?

Yesterday me and my husband went to purchase an air cooler. It was billed post 6:00 p.m. and therefore they said that the cooler will be delivered today post 6:00 p.m. Today when I took an update, the person was saying that since it was billed post 6:00 p.m., it will not be delivered today. Not a single time they mentioned this yesteday. This is really a pathetic service. Either the seller does not know the policies of the company or he was misleading us. Such inefficient behaviour and service is totally unacceptable from a company like Reliance Digital.This was sheer waste of our time as we kept on waiting for the delivery.

Please address this and ensure there is a communication transparency and truth of word from your employees.

I bought a HP printer from Reliance digital. The printer broke down after 2 weeks and I visited HP service center for warranty. However, they denied warranty because the product was sold 3 year 2 months after it was discontinued by the brand.

Reliance Digital is refusing to provide refund after selling discontinued product without warranty.

Worst Samsung Refrigerator buying experience from Reliance Digital Korum Mall Thane.

Sale was made by saying delivery will be done on 13-Feb-24, however they kept moving delivery date. Now committing 20-Feb-24. Not sure how to trust.

One of the worst service I have ever seen, Got the mail that product is out of delivery and its been 5 days product is not yet delivered, While trying to follow up with reliancedigital custome care they are not providing any proper resolution and even they dont have any idea where is the product exactly. Trying to follow up with them 3-4 time in days but none of the representative has any idea about the order and when aked to connect to next they are not connecting call to next label and saying will arrange call back and later there is no call back from reliance digital. I would suggest not place any order on reliance digital until you have no work other than just waiting for the product.

Recently we purchased samsung galaxy a15 in reliance digital. We had a thought to buy samsung galaxy a14 but Manoj Kumar who worked in reliance referred samsung galaxy a15 and explained very well. His response and explanation was so good and we decided to buy samsung a15. But there was not much offers for this purchase even it was Pongal time period that is the reason for 4 star review. After all thanks for Manoj Kumar for preferring samsung galaxy a15.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience with your company, and unfortunately, it has left me quite disappointed.

I purchased a phone from Reliance Digital, and within two days of receiving it, I noticed some issues with its functionality. I promptly contacted your customer service, and they requested photos of the problem via email. I cooperated and sent the necessary documentation as requested.

After several email exchanges and phone calls, I was advised to take the phone to an authorized service center for further examination. Given that this process extended beyond the initial 5-day return period, I sought confirmation from your team before proceeding. I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem since I had initially reported the issue within the required timeframe.

To my dismay, when I visited the authorized service center, I was informed that nothing could be done as the return period had expired. This contradiction in information and subsequent lack of resolution has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer.

I attempted to communicate my concerns multiple times, but all I received was notification that the case was closed. This response is not in line with what I consider fair and just treatment of a customer.

This experience has undoubtedly left a negative impression, and I am hesitant to use your services again in the future. I believe in transparent and reliable customer service, and unfortunately, my recent encounter with Reliance Digital has not aligned with these expectations.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improvements in your customer support processes to ensure a more positive experience for others.

I placed an order for a wifi adapter on 06 Oct 23. Delivery date was 10 Oct. 3 days later (on Oct 9) they cancelled my order due to unforeseen issues, and I enquired with customer care, and they said the same thing. And I checked the item, and it was out of stock. If you don't have stock, why did you accept the order and make me wait for 3 days, then cancel the order without giving me a sensible reason? This was my first experience, and it was very bad.

I placed an order RDF44435377 on RelianceDigital on 30th Nov, 2022. The payment of 18999 was made by me. But on the next day they said it's out of stock! If it's out of stock why on earth your site is accepting the orders and receiving payment?
Then they cancelled the order but they said it's going to take 7 to 10 days to refund my money! Why should I wait for 10 days to get my my own money back whereas the mistake it yours. I escalated it to the CEO, but all I got was some apologies for the inconvenience and I have not yet received my money back.

SCAM stay away, Don't even think of buying anything from Reliance Digital, its just a Big name and in-fact its very cheap and full of fraud and scammers, Staff from top to bottom all corrupt. You will be ruined. If you see this review please just stay away from this online fraud company. Stay safe go for Amazon only. If you buy anything from RD most likely you will get damage or different product and if you even cancel product and already paid money you are fuc**d

It is somewhat OK, the service is not good but the products are perfect!
