He’s prompt to reply, friendly, always helpful and worked really hard (even with a difficult customer like me!) to find me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. As with all the other reviews, I can't praise Steve Johnson at Reliance Vehicle Management highly enough. I was slightly apprehensive using a company I found on the internet but, encouraged by the excellent reviews, I took the plunge and was pleased I did.

Not having acquired a car through PCP before, Steve Johnson expertly, patiently and with no sales pressure whatsoever, guided me through the whole bewildering process. He also found me a fantastic deal and I am now the proud 'owner' of a BMW X3.

I also liked the fact that I could easily contact him day or evening (no annoying call centres to deal with), seven days a week, and I won't hesitate to contact him post-sale if I ever need further advice.

I will definitely be using Reliance Vehicle Management again when the time comes to replace my car.

I can only echo the other reviews on this site. Having never leased a car before, I found Steve on the internet and he was very helpful throughout. He found a great deal and was beyond patient with my many indecisions. He comes across as being a very patient and honest man and the car arrived ahead of schedule, which was great.
I spoke to other brokers who chased me constantly to place an order which was very off-putting. Steve was very relaxed and left the ball in my court.

Terrific service from Steve throughout. Nervous of using an online broker to source our Merc at first and even more so when he quoted a much reduced price compared to the price quoted at my local dealership.
