Buying a van when setting up a new business can be quite daunting but Steve from RVM Ltd made the whole process a simple and pleasant experience.

Steve is friendly and helpful, giving good advice on the various options we could follow and the actual paperwork and process was quick and easy.

My husband is now proudly driving round in his new van and still grinning like a Cheshire Cat!

Fantastic customer service, efficient, reliable, friendly and some great deals - I wouldn't lease a car from anybody else!

I spent hours and days researching for my new vehicle, but no one could beat or even come close to Steve’s quote. He made the deal very easy and was extremely informative throughout the process, updating me via email and phone, even in the late evenings in order to work around my schedule. His professionalism does not fall short and his reliable nature eases the pressures of purchasing a new car.

Unfortunately I had some issues on delivery of my vehicle at the fault of the dealership the car was coming from. Although Steve’s role in the transaction had technically ended, he took charge and communicated on my behalf with the dealership and got things rectified swiftly - he really does go the extra mile. It is extremely rare to receive such personal customer care in this day and age, however I cannot fault Steve for the level of attention he has given to my requests.

It was a genuine pleasure to do business with Steve. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend RVM to others and will certainly be my first port of call for future purchases.

I did LOTS of research in order to get the best deal on my personal car lease. Steve was by far the most competitive rate. There really is no need to go anywhere else. Great customer service, Steve keeps you up to date by phone and email about how everything is going. Any problems sorted out quickly and professionally. Car was delivered as promised and I love it. Was surprised about how easy it all was to do.

I’ve used RVM twice before and a family member has a vehicle on order at present (August 2015). I would certainly recommend the company to anyone. Steve has excellent industry knowledge and great attention to detail when dealing with his customers. If there’s ever been a hiccup this has always been resolved quickly and I’ve always been kept informed. I don’t think there are any improvements to be made.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Reliance Vehicle Management for the fantastic service they have provided and to put potential buyers’ minds at ease when purchasing a new car with them over the internet and on the telephone.

From the moment we spoke to Steve, we knew we were going to get a professional and friendly service, what we did not know was how amazing the deal would end up being that Steve put together for us, not to mention his high level of customer service.

Straight away Steve undercut the best dealer ‘special offer’ we could find by a significant amount and then went one step further by providing excellent prices on all the ‘trimmings’ we wanted, including dual controls, which Steve arranged to have supplied and fitted at a very competitive price.

Throughout the transaction, Steve kept us up to date with progress and any new requests we had (and there were many!) were dealt with on the day. This not only proved that Steve was extremely efficient but also had the patience of a saint!

The delivery date was spot on and Steve went the extra mile, sorting out an error for us that our insurance company had made!

We are now the very proud and happy owners of a new Toyota Yaris TR D4D with full chrome trims, daytime running lights, supaguard (plus full aftercare protection kit), dual controls, 5 year warranty and delivery to our door on a day convenient to us for less than the best deal we could find for a basic model.

Needless to say, we cannot recommend Reliance Vehicle Management highly enough and have already passed Steve’s details on to family, friends and work colleagues not only because of the huge savings we made, but just as importantly, because we could not have received a more helpful, personal and professional service anywhere.

My experience with RVM was very positive and I would definitely consider using them again – and would have no issue recommending them to friends. The process of buying through them was easy – but there were a couple of minor issues caused by the supplying dealer (no fault of RVM). However, I was genuinely impressed in RVMs response in resolving the issues – and the lengths Steve was prepared to go to in order to keep me happy (this included offering to personally perform a 350m round trip to take me to pick up the car after the dealer failed to provide a transporter at the last minute). This was the first time I had used a car broker – and I was nervous with parting with my money, but Steve did all that he could to reassure me. Overall, I’m very pleased I went with RVM and the very real £7k saving I made on the vehicle!
