Stay away, they don't pay!!

Stay Away !! Can't get hold of them and no longer on the courier exchange

Managed to pay themselves huge dividend payments while not paying their contractors. The fact they were still getting drivers to work when they knew they were insolvent needs a legal investigation. If they owed me money, I'd hunt them down but that's me.

Escape from these guys. They won't pay for the job. And terrible service.

I did two jobs for this company on SDCN and now when it comes to paying their invoices, "they are struggling" to start with there was no communications and then when they did it was to advise that they are taking out a CVA so i hopefully will get some money just not all of it,

all i can say is bad form, if you had communicated i probably would have reduced the invoice amount to help out but hey your the professionals, me I'm just a mere self employed contractor that relays on invoices being paid.

Avoid this company at all cost, I worked for them as a subcontractor and they have refused to pay me, poor communication, they wouldn’t pick up your call or reply emails. It’s a company closing down but still using peoples services without the intention of paying them but they are been paid. The company left Courier Exchange without paying all their subcontractors.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Stay away! They keep your funds indefinitely and go silent. Initial interaction was friendly and acceptable. Unfortunately, we soon realised there was some complications with the logistics, and it was hidden from us the client. Eventually the company started communicating with us again with great effort from our side, and explained some of the issues causing the delay. Most of the information communicated was confusing, changing, evolving and not very clear or accurate. Reliant clearly attempted to shift the blame on anyone else but themselves. In summary, they subcontracted the delivery and there were several amateur mistakes made that caused the delays and paperwork issues. We are still waiting for owed funds to be returned 3 months later. RELIANT COURIERS told us multiple times that this will be returned, but nothing ever happens. At this stage all communication stopped from this company, and they do not respond to any form of communication. Legal steps to follow.

This is an outstanding service from the start. My parcel was picked on the day I requested, which was fairly short notice, and delivered on the same day as arranged. When I approached Reliant Couriers, the person I spoke to on the telephone was really friendly, helpful and informative. The person who picked up the parcel was also friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My parcel was delivered safely and I received immediate notification of this. A reliable courier is worth their weight in gold when the parcel is so important to the sender. The cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use Reliant Couriers in the future. No wonder well known organisations, shown on their website, rely on them. An excellent service providing peace of mind- Thankyou

Absolutely first class service from Steve and the staff at Reliant Couriers Ltd. I cannot rate them highly enough, from arranging my collection and delivery (from Basingstoke to Cornwall) to the handling of my newly purchased items. The whole process from arranging the collection at 3pm on Tuesday, to it actually being delivered at 9.30am the next day! Amazing!

We (Bray & Bray Solicitors) use Reliant Couriers all the time for delivery of documents. For us it is often time critical for documents to be delivered by a certain date / time (such as to Companies House or as part of court proceedings). They have never let us down and communication with them is excellent (in particular you know straight away that the delivery has been completed and signed for). Would highly recommend.

We’ve used no one else but Reliant since early 2019. Their name says it - reliable and we have relied on them for efficient and fast service. The couriers are friendly and courteous. They maintain all safety standards especially during COVID! They have also beaten the competition with good prices for the job. Actually I can’t say one negative experience when it comes down to it. I won’t use another company because we now know these are our “go to” guys. Nationwide, Reliant get the job done in the very best way.
