So far, I have just started this adventure. I am pleased with the rep Jeff Brock. He explained everything in detail and when I emailed him his response time was almost immediate. I read through the negative reviews first then I read through the positive reviews and find that my experience is a positive one too! I understand that the payments are each day Monday through Friday and not on weekends or holidays and I am very pleased with that as it is easier for a small amount than a huge one right away.

Nowell has made this process quick and simple. making sure I understand the process and being very prompt and responsive. I would diffently recommend reliant funding!

When I decided to do funding, I did it because I have a project to do. When the money isn't deposited like I have been told it would be it delays the project which delays everything and everyone in involved. I have been told two days that the funds would be deposited into my account by end of the day.. Still not there.

Brian handled it. Having a recent experience at another lender, I was uncomfortable with the communication style the other guy was using to try to get me to accept the offer. Sales is necessary in this role, but if the product (in this case....the offer) is quality, then having the "Salesman speech" is unnecessary. I appreciate Brian for just giving me the facts and allowing me to listen to the options and make my own informed decisions. This process has much more value to me because of that. Thank you Brian for being informed, engaged and motivated for me all while maintaining a professional stance. 5 Stars for sure!!!!!
