Process started out fast and smooth but…
Process started out fast and smooth but when it came to actual funding it’s been days and nothing. Customer service rep kept saying I’m going to be funded by the end of the day and nothing. A little disorganized on the back end of things.

The payment terms were not disclosed to me by the agent, she said nothing about the DAILY deductions that start the next day after the deposit, so they start taking back the money they loan you from the money that they loan you. The ACH fee is $50.00 every time they hit your account on top of the $45.00 they deduct daily.
The lesson learned, Companies like reliant take advantage of businesses in need of their services. Also have an attorney or a real lender look over the paperwork before signing as im having to go back and do now. Reliant Funding is worse than Title loan sharks so i've been told.

Payed my loan off on time to get offered another loan at more interest then a company i had never done business with. They do not reward loyal customers. Also they took extra payments out of my account and continue to deny that.
