DO NOT BUY
This company is a scam, it says the shoes are manufactured in the USA. I don't think so, I purchased a pair of shoes that of course do not fit. When I contacted the company they offered me 10% off to keep the shoes, I knew this was a 100% China based company right then and there. I told them that I would like a full refund. They said you can either accept a 20% refund or ship the shoes back to our warehouse in China for a full refund. So for anyone who has not shipped anything internationally it cost a minimum of $30 to send almost anything to China. Well now I am going to take the 20%, we will see if I even get it.

I was a sucker for the advertising from this company. I ordered a size 10.5 shoe but they are sending me size 7. I have tried to call them and they don’t answer. I tried emails but no answer either. I’ve wasted $50 of my hard earned money.

There are so many scam companies today.
There are so many fake companies in China. If it's not a name brand I won't buy them from the internet. One way to tell it's a scam is that they never run out of their stock. If it sounds too good to be true then it is. I guess maybe they get past the laws by at least sending you something vs taking your money and disappearing. If you really look at the ads they look cheap and some claim that an elderly person created the best shoes ever. They constantly have little bubbles pop up claiming just how much these are selling. The internet and social media have been ruined by these dishonest people.
Chinese scam
Another fly-by-night fraudulent Chinese scam. Highjack a legitimate company name, load google and Facebook with misleading and false advertising (made in USA), support claims with phoney reviews (astroturfing) and then rake-in the orders and disappear. Somewhat surprised I even received my order but not the least bit surprised in the poor quality of the garbage sent from China. Sizing wayyyy off, paper thin leather, cheap stitching, fake fur lining...total junk.
Relieffoot is a scam
Relieffoot is a scam. The shoes are not made in the USA but are made and flown in directly from China. Poor quality and the chance of receiving a refund is around zero.

I nearly got scammed thanks for all your reviews very much appreciated in the UK
If I could leave a review with no stars…
If I could leave a review with no stars I certainly would. It took a month for the shoes to arrive from China. They hurt my feet more than my regular shoes. I wrote to return them and was offered a 10 percent refund. When I complained, I was offered a 20 percent refund or mail then back to China. I finally took the 20 percent. Would NEVER recommend this company for anything.
Relieffoot poor experience
I ordered a size US11 but what I received was a size smaller. I ordered the sky blue color and received a navy dark blue shoe. The insoles were like air bubbles with venting on the bottoms, not what I'd consider orthopedic at all. I contacted the company (or whatever LTD was handling their merchandise) and explained that I needed a size larger. I never even mentioned the incorrect color at that point. I was offered a 10% refund. I asked for a shipping label just to return the shoes and get them replaced with the correct size. They gave me two choices I kept the emails. Basically was told, pay for shipping back to China or accept a 20% refund. It took a month for the shoes to arrive in the first place so I wasn't going to risk the high postage back to China and maybe not receive the correct shoe again, so I took the 20% refund and wrote it off as a loss. The rep I was corresponding with didn't sound as though they wanted those shoes back and I'm sure they probably would've wanted to charge me for the postage back to the states. Boy, was he happy when I took the refund. I took photos of the shoes and insoles but not sure how to add them here. Just a bad experience all the way around.
This website and company are fraudulent…
This website and company are fraudulent in at least the sense that they do not manufacture in the USA, and they copy/pasted “about us” information from a legitimate footwear company based in NJ called Ortho Feet. This relief foot company sells poorly made shoes manufactured in China. The quality makes Payless shoe source seem like Neiman-Marcus or Nordstrom. AVOID. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Scam site
Great website, but all lies. They are not made in the USA and are completely junk quality. Good luck getting in touch with anyone. I tried their website contact and it took a month for them to contact me. Around and around I go with no return offered only a 20% refund. after 4 emails they want me to prepay return shipping with no guarantee of a refund. Give me my 20% back and count the balance to my lack of research. The shoes are not orthopedic by a long shot. 1/4" insert which barely covers the nonexistent arch support. Report them to the FTC and BBB and the various scam sites to help others.
Sent me cheap shoes
Sent me cheap shoes, to expensive to send back and will only give me 10% refund if that even happens. Now agreed to 30% but drought I'll ever see it. All products are made in china.
These people are scammers
These people are scammers. I ordered shoes that did not fit and while they claim you can refund, they will not. They offered me 10% and told me i could give them "as a gift to your family or friends who can fit this product, I think they will like it very much." Really discusing
Avoid as they haven't bothered to size correctly.
The shoes didn't disappoint at first sight. At the price point they seem very good. However they are no good if they don't fit. I see others have made a similar point. They deserve critisism as it isn't difficult to figure out the size of the shoe you just made using internationally recognised equivalents. And the returns policy is designed to make you accept a small refund or send them back to China at your own cost. I wonder if they'll fit the son-in-law...
Ordered shoes,11 wide,received a 5…
Ordered shoes,11 wide, received a 5 wide. They gave me choice 1. Keep shoes and they would return 20% 2. Send shoes back to get right size except pay shipping to China which costs almost as much as shoes. In My opinion they have it figured out so they win either way. CROOKS
Order says shipped.... NOT
Order says shipped
Service says keep waiting
PayPal paid but says ordered from different account
USPS says tracking number not valid
Another fraudulent scam
I think I finally learned my lesson
never got the shoes when they had…
never got the shoes when they had shipped them. After a few e-mails requesting a refund the shoes appeared.
I tried them on and could not get my foot in them. Their was no size inside the shoes. After more emails for a refund thet offer me 10% refund and to give the shoes away, After another e-mail they offered me 20% refund or I could pay shipping to get my refund. I am fed up with the run around that I gave in. The shoes where really poorly made not worth the money
The company is oversea/ Don't waste your time or money.
Shoes OK but customer service is bad.
Shoes OK but customer service is bad.
The shoes are decent for what you pay. However, their customer service is not very good. Their warehouse sent me the wrong shoe and they want me to pay the shipping to send them back so they can send me the ones that I ordered. They should pay for the shipping for me to send them back.
Just be aware of this.
The relieffoot.com return policy is horrible
The relieffoot.com site sent shoes with the size different than ordered. This was 100% proved to support. Interacted with service and sent them photos. There support tells me to give them to a friend (not kidding)...after several exchanges they agree to 20% reimbursement, if I mail them to China (very expensive...again...not kidding).
The website scroll advertises "Hassle Free returns and 60 trial period". Looking at the sites hard to find return policy and it states no returns of sale items and that you have to pay shipping to an from China for any damaged shoes.
I have sent 2 emails with no response
I have sent 2 emails with no response. The shoes run small and I need to return them but so far I do not have an answer. Buyer beware! I finally got a response and they wanted me to send them a photo of the shoes and the shipping label to "verify" it was from them. I did that a week ago and now silence again!!!
