Be warned

Be warned! I requested a refund on the OrthoWalk shoes well within the 30 day window. The shoes were only tried on indoors and in the original package. I had to contact them twice asking for the address to return and a refund. They responded they would not refund!

Orthopedic sneakers

The orthopedic shoes I ordered has a defect in the right shoe. It rubs my foot and I can’t wear them at all. The soles are like hard plastic. This Reliefly company won’t let me return them to get my money back! They made me 2 different offers that they would send me another pair at a cost to me. The second time they upped the price to send me another pair of shoes. Now they are saying they will give me back 10 percent of my cost or 50 percent towards another product. I certainly don’t want to do more business with such crooks. The shoes were cheap quality also.
Do not do business with this company!!!

Absolutely not worth the price or hassle

I was looking for shoes for work. Stumbled on this site. When I put in my shoe size it took me to pay screen and before I could make sure I had enough to cover my expenses due it took my funds. I cancelled the order as soon as I could find an email and I also called the customer service phone number. Crest hours the number was NH and the business listed in a Midwest state. Any way. I work crazy hours and don't have WiFi so I contacted my bank the next day they were open to cancel the transaction. I received an email asking why I needed to cancel. That came in between midnight and 2am. I said because of finances not like it was anyone's business. I'm guessing I was blocked since the payment went through and I could not reach out or respond. My landlord dropped off a package a few days ago. The cheapest made sneakers ever. What a waste. Since no place is open when I'm off work I guess they get to keep the money, my bills don't get paid, and three go in the trash where they belong

I just purchased overly priced shoes…

I just purchased overly priced shoes from this company as soon as they arrived they came in a shipping bag no box and on top of that they smelled of this loud disturbing oder I immediately contacted them for a return and they keep as me to send a photo after doing so they ask me to allow them to give me 10% of my money back which is nothing I want a return then they asked can they reship me two new pairs however I'd pay $23.95 each for shipping fee',s. This was my first time purchasing from them and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because if a business can't do a return it shows how much of in need they are for money...run away people also their shoes are on Amazon for way less money.

Wanted to do something nice.

For Christmas this year I wanted to order sisters and daughter in-law something they could use.All are in nursing fields. Bought four pairs of the ortho nursing shoes must say was nothing like the ads you see. These shoes had no arch support to speak of they were hard to put on as they had no stretch to help you. Overall they were imitations of the ones in the ads. I wasted a bunch of money for trash that I don't even want to donate. Just bad that companies go out of their way to cheat customers. No need to send back because that just going to be more money that you would never see again. I gave one star because you have to give something.

This is a Scam – avoid at all costs.

Very poor quality and misleading business practices.

I purchased orthopedic shoes for my child from Reliefly and was shocked by the quality. The shoes were made of very cheap materials, poorly constructed, and badly designed. They looked more like plastic toy shoes than legitimate orthopedic footwear and were completely unsuitable for a child.

The product did not match the description or images on their website. When I attempted to return the shoes, the company made the process unnecessarily difficult by repeatedly requesting photos and detailed explanations, delaying responses, and eventually becoming unresponsive. A refund was never provided.

Based on my experience, once Reliefly receives your payment, you are stuck with whatever they send you. I strongly caution other consumers to think twice before ordering from this company.

Never Received the Promised Refund

I ordered their should relief brace, after ordering a cheaper knockoff from Amazon, and finding it unhelpful. I figured, reading many positive reviews, that even though it cost three times as much, the quality must make it worthwhile. Well, I was wrong.

It was just like the cheap one, didn't help my shoulder pain, even after regular use, so I contacted them to return, and get a refund. They advertise a guaranteed satisfaction, or your money back, well that is NOT the case! You can either ship it all the way to China, at a high price, or agree to a 30% cash refund, and keep the product!

That's not even close to a money back guarantee, and as mentioned in some other reviews, is really deceptive. Not only that, but after multiple emails they finally said my refund would be processed, but it never was!

I contacted them via their Facebook page, and was responded to by someone claiming to be a manager, or even vice-president of marketing, I explained everything, confirmed my order, etc,, and he apologized for their dropping the ball, and promised I'd get the refund soon, yet despite more follow up messages, it's now almost a year later, and still NOTHING!

This is insult to injury, not only am I out the money, but all the time and energy sending numerous emails & messages. This company obviously has zero integrity, and really, is guilty of fraud. Avoid them at all cost....

Don't buy

This company does not sell Saucony shoes but very cheap shoes that are not even marked as Saucony. The materials were cheap and they were the wrong size. Absolute rip off. I sent them back and based on the reviews here, anticipate hassles on getting my refund. Don't buy from this company. Total scam.

The company doesn't give refunds instead they want you to pay more money for more products. I think NOT! Your merchandise comes from a guy in California, who the hell is he? This company is not reputable. DON'T deal with them. Buyer Beware!

Shoulder device didnt help

Shoulder device didn't help. I tried to send device back but it was returned to me. Company did not refund and quit responding to emails. If Reliefly Lab will refund me 50% of my purchase price I will amend my review.

Rated this company back in February for their failure to provide legitimate 'customer service' In the end my review was removed. I took the only offer they gave me. Keep the worthless product and receive a 30% refund. They have never even given that back. Their policy says 100% refund is misleading. You must pay for shipping back to China, almost as much as the purchase price. I see they are still selling the device, offering for THREE times the price other sellers do for the same (or better) product. It is a shame people like this can continue to take advantage of venerable Seniors and others. God Bless to all

Thank you for responding regarding Order # 18974. You should have refunded all our money. You made sure to get past the 60 days so my credit card company would not reverse the charges. I sent you the request for the 30% refund in March and you have still never sent us a check or given us credit to our card.

No Relief

I'm a retired senior and when I saw the ad for the shoulder device, I decided to purchase it, due to pain from a rotator cuff tear. I didn't get any relief. It didn't fit well [too small]. I tried to get in contact with this company [thru several emails and phone calls] to no avail. There is a 90-day guarantee, but you can't get through on how to return. I do not recommend this product or company.
